Have used food station & mr shakes over 2 yrs of living at this address I've just ordered 2 X loaded fries and 2 thick shakes and seriously the food was tepid (she basically called me a liar) and the shakes were runny and one had a big chunk of chocolate in it - she said she would check the machine so THAT told me it was broken. Said I could have 'A' free shake on my next order? I WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN I dnt need a shake that badly from you. Attitude was rubbish too no customer service skills whatsoever. Its not cheap either £4 just for delivery ? ur in kirkby love ? but nar, keep ya shake coz I won't be comin back girl ??

The food is excellent prepared with care, it's unique!! 1st takeaway place that adds peppers with your fries, makes an amazing combo, and their burgers are top notch with onion rings inside!

Asked for a simple sassuage and runny egg on toast. Ended up with burnt toast and practically a hard boiled egg. Ring to complain said they would send another gave me postcode waited 20mins driver was to simple to find me even though I'm practically Iover the road! And provided a postcode! Shocking!

"Ordered food and put a note on the order. Order sent with allergy items on even though replacement item was requested. Ring restaurant to sort out the problem. Cook shouting in the background when asked about the problem leaving me option but to say no to an exchange. I was told I was rude because I refused the replacement after hearing the cook complaining by the person on the phone and they hung up.Food to be binned and refund claimed. Sadly we've ordered from here many times before but never again after such poor treatment."
Disgusting sloppy mess payed 9 quid for a salt n pepper box. chips where raw, chicken was sloppy, spring rolls where disintegrated it was that sloppy took ages to deliver and they're only down the road I wouldn't go back like.

I've been using these people for that past couple of years. Easily the best quality breakfast and such like in Kirkby and the surrounding area. However, their service has gone way, way down. The time they take to deliver is a joke - well over an hour 99% of the time. And one time they claimed to have tried to deliver 17 minutes after I ordered - if I hadn't phoned them to ask where my order was, I'd still be waiting. I'm sorry, but you've lost a customer guys.

Small business hidden on industrial estate in Kirkby . Menu looks great and great concept . Customer service levels were not great , made me wait for around 5-10 minutes despite acknowledging I was there .It was expensive for what the products are , with no reason to justify the cost .I rate it below average but recommend if on the road .

Twice my card been used there after been told not to till cancelled my cardThey know who orders it as I got name and address but still let them order reg not on my card anymore but felt they could have done more ...31st march was last one ...via Internet had to cancel card but still no response from them or why would order from there when was in Rochdale ???
