Visited today and thought food was delicious. Pancakes and milkshakes SO good but healthy options too.

Lovely little place that serves amazing pancakes and milkshakes. Didn't get any pics of the food as we were so hungry. Bacon on toast was hot and really tasty. My partner had scrambled eggs on toast and our little boy had mini pancakes with Nutella. We also decided to get pancakes after seeing his! Really light and fluffy.Staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended ?

Wonderful little oasis of inclusivity and calm with food allergies and veganism catered for and a really friendly home made vibe. Always jam packed so get there early if you want a seat. Great breakfasts, home made soups and toasties, great cakes and waffles. This is a heavenly little spot. Nice to find somewhere nearby to replace the much missed Old Hardware Shop in Woolton. Bravo.

Probably the best place in the city to get delicious food if you suffer from any kind of allergy or intolerance - so much of their menu can be amended to accommodate those who are restricted. Where most places cover their backs by telling you that everything "may contain allergens" TIEC are brilliant at actually listening to the customer's needs and ensuring that their customers all leave happy and content.Dietary restrictions: Can accommodate almost all dietary restrictions including allergies and intolerances, with veggie and vegan choices too.

A fab little place to hang with mates and get a banging brekkie aswell :)

Bacon was like leather. Like it was left-over from previous day and refried or microwaved and burned Black around edges impossible to cut with a knife just snapped. Shame really eggs were lovely food hot and coffee good.

Absolutely disgusted with both food and staff customer service. After being lucky enough to grab a Too Good To Go bag after reading all the positive reviews, I was looking forward to opening my Surprise bag after my Tea.I understand I only paid £3 and not the £9 as stated on the TGTG site, but I was looking at 6 pancakes and a thimble full of maple syrup. To say I was Dissatisfied and Disappointed is an understatement. They were hard, had lumps in and were tasteless. Ate 1 mouthful and threw them in the bin.You can and I do get better in Asda for £1:20 for 5, which have all different flavours, that are soft and delicious. When phoning this morning to enquire about it, I was told they were made with out of date mix, which isn't what TGTG is about, it's about unsold items, not out of date. And I was also told rather nastily that they were worth £12, so I only paid a quarter of the price. If you take my advice, eat elsewhere.

Waited 20 minutes for a cup of coffee and over an hour for 2 waffle stacks once they finally arrived no apology for the wait and the waffles were dry even with a cup of syrupIf they work on there time management and food quality this would get full marks.

Such an array of delicious food available. Cooked fresh & served hot. The staff are always welcoming & happy to help. There is a great selection of childrens books too. ❤️ ? Such a good idea to keep little members of the family busy whilst awaiting food.Kid-friendliness: High chairs & accessible toilet for all.

Came here for brunch this morning. I really loved it. Felt welcomed by all of the incredible staff. Special shoutout to Jack, they were so wonderful, attentive and professional. As a gay man it was really great to find a place so inclusive and friendly. The food was made to a really high standard and tasted delicious. Grossly underpriced for the fantastic quality and presentation. Can’t wait to come down again soon.

We held our children’s joint birthday party here and it was amazing! Both my children have allergies and Hannah and her team were amazing at making sure they were safe and included in every aspect. The menu was carefully tailored to ensure that they could eat everything the same as their friends and it meant the world to our little boy! His little happy dance when Hannah told him the food she had prepared was the highlight of the whole thing for me. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us!
