I wouldn't even give this a 1 star absolutely disgusting noodles were that greasey couldn't even eat them shredded chilli chicken was like water chips were mushy and fried rice had zero taste .also sent the wrong drink . The 1 star is for the fast delivery but food is very poor and expensive. Ad stay clear of thos place???????

Well what can I say about the food from here? 1 you don't get your full order 2 when you phone up you end up speaking to some lady who is very rude, you would get better food from the soup kitchen bin for free total waste of money and time. Save your money and order from somewhere else. The photos are what they sent out for sweet and sour chicken it's that fresh I think the chicken ran away because I could not find any chicken in there what so ever.

Asked for no vegetables in the order to get home and there was onions in my order, rang up to be spoken to by the lady very rudely then puts the phone down on me, goes to the shop then she try’s to argue the fact there was no onions in my food after me pointing the onions out to her! Then she just throws my money back at me instead of making a new meal without the onions etc, very very poor will never go here again she was so rude!

Sorry to say but food was rubbish, tasteless and overcooked and chips missing, when I called back staff were rude, I got accused of eating the food which I never, I took one mouthful before calling them, so very unprofessional, ended up getting a refund
I am absolutely disgusted in the way may has just treated my daughter while on her own with the baby my daughter ordered a Singapore fried rice over the phone and went over as she lives opposite to collect her last £10 out of the cash machine next door and the cash machine didn't give her the money but said it had been taken out my daughter went in to explane to may what had happened as we have used this chip shop for many many years as have all my family and she didn't want to just leave may without an explanation for May to tell her to make another order on just eat and pay for it witch my daughter explained she couldn't as she didn't have any more money in the bank for May to then make a wholey show out of my daughter telling her she was barred for wasting food and she would remember her face and not to come back in again in front of other customers my daughter was that embarrassed she left in tears am heartbroken for her never would my daughter not pay for food she tried to explane what had happened and got treated like dirt with no compensation for a young mother with her baby who was embarrassed enough but still had the decency to go into may and try explane the situation am mortified and after years of custom I will never be spending my money there again you should be ashamed oh and forgot to mention my daughter then still after being spoke to like that came outside the shop to ring me to ask if I could lend her money for May to put the shutters down on her vile behaviour

Quick and efficient service.Phoned our order to collect.Said chips would not be cooked until we arrived.For freshness.Large portion sizes.BUT..we were the only ones in there. Food was over cooked chicken was tough. And the chips were NOT fresh!My advice.... go elsewhere.

First time trying this takeaway using just eat, it will be the last time. Food arrived stone cold, one star is too much. Mixed grill arrived and was basically liver onion and mushroom and a tiny lump of something that was meant to be steak, no gravy, no sausage or chop or egg, , chips were awful, pretty much went straight in the bin along with the prawn pineapple .

Shocked,… have ordered from here for years, tonight the food was absolutely disgusting, totally inedible, called to complain after being a loyal customer for almost a decade to be met with abuse.Food was cold, old and tool over two hours 20 mins, it actually stank ! Well thats one customer who will never order from this place ever again.Disgusting customer service!!!!!
