Typical McDonalds. Lack of care and quality. Half filled fries too.

Having ordered 2 chicken nugget happy meals, a chicken sandwich and a medium fries at 11:36 on 25/03/24 and turning up cold at 12:40 with a rude delivery UBER driver named Ilie B to insult me with "you look like a witch". I then called up to complain about both things to be told by customer service "It was delivered in the time frame" and to have him then say I can't do anything about the delivery driver being rude and refused to even tell me the 'specific time frame' that's given. I was on the phone to them for about 30 minutes to be told there's nothing they can do after me having to make my children another lunch because they were expecting a "Happy meal" not a cold one. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.I also tried ringing the Prenton McDonalds for it to just ring with no answer or voicemail. If I could put 0 for everything I would.

Upstairs mens toilets were vile absolutely stunk on my visit. Food was good but sadly the toilets were so bad.

Drive thru order today, after ordering food and paying, was asked if we could wait at 2nd window. We waited for 20 mins and clearly forgotten about, had to beep horn for attention. Team member came to window and asked what I wanted. "My order please" I replied. "What did you order" said the team member. "Wow"! I repeated my order and then another team member brought food. Got home (5 mins away) to find food cold. Had then reheat. The wrap ordered also had no sauce. See image.What an incredibly awful food experience McDonald's Prenton. V disappointing.

First i wasn't allowed extra cheese or pickles then i waited at the second window and they had forgot about me had to call the phone an still didn't pick up so ended up beeping after 40 mins then finally someone came and they didn't even know what my order

Service was quick through the drive through but my quarter pounder with cheese had very few onions, one slice of cheese and no pickles. Chocolate milkshake tasted a bit of banana .
