Very good example of a Burger King. I was surprised to see the Whopper with Cheese I ordered looked like the picture! The only point for improvement would be with the onion rings as they weren't fresh and a little overcooked, but I still ate them.

Visited this location twice in the course of several weeks, both times the drink machine is out of several options which is a disappointment. A bit dated and doesn't have some of the newer order machines like other locations, the food itself I ordered a bbq melt which was fine.A place for a quick bite to eat but seems to have limited options in comparison to other locations. Staff however have always been friendly and quick to sort orders out.

This is the second time they have got my order wrong. There won’t be a third time. No cars at drive through yet still waiting far to long for the order. Get home and orders wrong. Tried calling but phone number does not work. Needs closing down wasting people’s time and

Went in here today with my wife and granddaughter the place was empty food was very average but the reason I had to come and make this review is because the place smelled like a public toilet The smell of piss was unbelievable it’s no wonder the place was empty then after going to the toilets the smell was even worse in there never again will I use this please it’s an embarrassment to St Helens town and should be closed I will be asking the council when this place was last inspected and if not I will be asking why not and I will be speaking to head office this place needs to be closed immediately

This branch, franchise, what ever the structure is just a perpetual let down, waited 20 mins for them to then cancel a just eat order, may go here 3-4 times a year purely down to knowing how dire the service levels are. Don't really do negative reviews, but this branch just never seems to get it right, if they even try. Prefer BK food to maccies, but as the next closest ones Warrington its just not worth the hassle. Who evers got money in it needs to put some time in and fix it.

Absolute disgrace . All very young lads working here .no customer service whatsoever. Waited 15 mins for a couple of burgers .no one in restaurant. Very concerned about health and hygiene as a staff member emptied chips out of a pack that had been sitting there to serve into the fryer again and rebagged them . Young lads all messing around in the back swearing and one staff member putting fingers in hs mouth and then handling food . Never again ..avoid like the plague.
