I went in about 10:40am yesterday morning (13/8) and the blonde lady on the espresso machine was such a delight. Not only have I not seen someone work that fast but her joy was just infectious. I tried looking at her badge several times but couldn’t quite catch it, wish I’d asked her name but hopefully this can get back to her!”

“Costa in St Helens is a great little place to go to for a brew. Especially if you have the Costa App.It can get a bit busy and noisy with all the customers, so it’s not somewhere I can work from but it is nice and warm, which is a huge plus.”

“I visited on Monday. The girls on shift at the time were great. Friendly and very helpful. I felt sorry for the girl who served my chocolate and salted caramel cake, who seemed mortified about making a mistake of putting my cake in a bag and not a plate but I said it was not a problem. We all make mistakes ?
