“Visited today - there was a problem with the flavour of our meal but we didn’t mention it at the time . When the lady came to collect our crockery I told her about the issue , she said if we had told her at the time she would have sorted it . .We didn’t want to complain so that was our fault really- we didn’t want to make any fuss. However , when we went to pay she had heavily discounted our meal . Which we thought was very kind . Due to this we will go again - everyone has an off day after all .”

“We were in Tesco, Haydock, for our usual Monday shopping, and although it was well attended, the girls behind the counter, Emma and Charlotte, with a Manageress (sorry I didn't get her name, were incredible! There were no tables left dirty, and drinks were being dispensed without delay. They deserve a medal for the way they were performing, and customers were not waiting unduly. Well done for their dedication to Costa customers!!!”

“Called in for lunch, 21st Sep. It was packed, ordered Fish, chips n pies X 2. All cooked to perfection. Understandably, had to wait a bit for our food, but, WOW !!! Was it worth the wait, our food was cooked to perfection. Both our fish were massive, infact, never had a fish as big B4. There customer service was 1st rate, and, considering how many customers were in, they handled everything perfectly. The tables were all cleared n cleaned promptly, and everywhere was very clean indeed. Would well recommend PRC, and well deserved 5* ratings. Well done to all the staff.”

“It's hit or miss with the breakfasts we go for at cafe.. not as good as it was 20years ago.. I ordered a big breakfast an the sausages wer disgusting, I think they must of been vegan, I don't eat vegan. The bacon was like plastic food yuk. That's finished it for me at the café no more wasting money there..”
