been tonight but very disappointed in our food we had to send full order back once then the fries again food should be hot not just warm. its amazing what a microwave can do to make things hot how do i know this the dish the fries was in was as hot as the food in the end. we had southern fried chicken burger not sure where the spice was, our 2 last visits we enjoyed the food but not tonight only good thing was the burgers where on a buy 1 get 1 free .

10 people for Christmas day dinner, what a shambles, people getting main meals before starters, meals didn't look as good as they should, looked like just threw on the plate as quick as possible. Steaks was disgusting, no one could eat it. Veg under cooked. People getting mince pies before dessert. Not a good experience.
Went tonite for my mum n dad's golden wedding anniversary what a shambles it was waiting on staffs attitude was disgraceful then was made to stand up from our table so they could move the table round to make room for the crazy bingo that was on full of kids who was constantly vaping in front of staff who was made aware but nothing was said overall was made to feel very uncomfortable from the moment we went in, always go here for meals but after tonite I won't be returning
