Ok...visit often and normally very good. Unfortunately this time was a let down. Fish was just warm and batter was not crispy,kind of damp. Wife had lasagne which was hot at the bottom of dish but went suddenly colder towards the top. Something not quite right I can't put my finger on it...was it microwaved partially I don't know.. not normal colliers standards... my rating has dropped dramatically. Plus side bar staff very pleasant.

We have recently moved into the area from Yorkshire and have eaten here three times now.We are very impressed with everything about this place.The bar staff made us so welcome, the locals were all friendly, and the food has been excellent every visit.Very much looking forward to our next visit.

Haven’t been here for many years, but heard good things about the food - which didn’t disappoint, it was lovely with generous portions. Unfortunately the decor needs some tlc and staff a little more welcoming. But overall we had a nice lunch, but don’t think I’ll be rushing back.
