Nice costa, service is quick even with a queue. Staff are really friendly, and helpful. I spilt my coffee as soon as I got it and the staff made me a fresh one straight away..thanks so much!

Nice play to take a break. Not the cheapest place to go really. Don't think I'd go without free drinks I get.

My son loves Costa, we we’re both excited to reacquaint ourselves with the Maple Latte etc . Coffee was delicious and toasties are always tasty. My issue is always the same with most Costa’s ….general cleanliness. The floor was shambolic and littered with food under many tables. I couldn’t even be bothered to take a photo to upload. Are all Costas understaffed are they franchises? Do they save on staff to make more profit. Who knows. If you have enough staff …. Send them out to clean tables and sweep the floors during the day. This particular one ….. staff are taking orders at the till …. making the coffee …. Then toasties then till and repeat. Not washing hands in between!

Called for a quick lunch. Only 2 staff on at lunch time in this busy shop. Same as our last 2 visits. The queue was to the door and whilst the 2 staff were doing their best they could not cope with the queue. There were several vacant tables but they were all piled high with dirty dishes as was the condiment station and the end of the counter where customers had moved them to, to clear a space to eat. Won’t be visiting again
