Sat here now, massive que. Asked for an Almond latte for my partner was told don't do Almond. No alternative given people in the que much more helpful than the assistant. The costa drive through gives a much better service imo. Lots of cups and trays left on the table.

On this absolutely freezing day, today the place was lovely and warm \\u0026 not too busy. It was very pleasant to sit quietly \\u0026 drink my coffee after the rush of shopping.

service and cleanliness are top notch. windowed walls face dirty car park and it can be rather loud with other Paton's. food expensive and not the best. but wife Swarts by their toblerone chocolate

Met friends there, excellent service, parking was a bit difficult but, was able to park up, nice staff very friendly, the place was nice and clean all the facilities that you would expect will go again thanks for your service.

It's a Costa... and that's enough. Delicious drinks, good food, same prices as everywhere else and even though it was packed, the service was still quick
