My experience at this Domino's Pizza location was extremely disappointing. Despite my attempts to get the attention of the staff, they ignored me and continued working. Not a single employee acknowledged my presence or attempted to assist me with my order. This level of customer service is unacceptable and the worst I have ever encountered. After being blatantly ignored for 15 minutes, I decided to leave the store and will not be returning. I strongly advise against visiting this location, as the lack of attention and disregard for customers is simply unacceptable.

Staff have lack of knowledge of what they have. And what to do when i ordered over the counter. Pizzas were hot and well prepared. Any medium pizza 10 pounds ... But have offer any pizza any size 2 for 1 .. thats 20 pounds... How does that work??? Dont do half half , wtaf??? Last time i go, papa johns it is.
Pretty poor all round, shame as it used to be ok. Pizzas are always dry and cold devoid of cheese and sauce. Delivery takes ages.Don't waste your money.

Whatever happened to this place. Look at the reviews it's clear there's a problem. Unwilling to take feedback or listen to a paying customer. I won't ever be using dominos again. Dry, burnt cardboard tasting pizza which arrives cold.

Ordered from the St Helens South store last night. We ordered a large meteor pizza and two boxes of chicken strippers. Delivery driver came and took everything out of the bag at the same time and in doing that dropped a box of strippers on the floor. Luckily 2 fell out the box but he was going to put them back in the box and I said no leave them on the floor. He apologised and even though I wasn’t happy I told him to leave it and we will clean it up. Brought the rest of the food inside and the pizza was dripping with grease. It had almost been dipped in a barrel before been delivered. We thrown half of it away because it was so bad. Now this morning I have stomach cramps and I know for a fact it was from the food delivered last night. Poor service and quality of food. I won’t be using Dominos again. It is a rip off for what you get!!

Terrible take your money don't deliver your food after trying to ring through for over 1 hour they answer then they put phone down when I asked where my food was disgraceful
