Came for Christmas .. With son and husband. Won't come again for Christmas day dinner . Can't fault staff service, but dinner was awful. They hadn't asked about the main course. Potatoes were frozen parts cooked. They had placed coliflower cheese in a large portion swimming in gravy, which I find discussing anyway to be placed onto a roast dinner. I had emailed them got no response back. Spent almost 170 will go for tea or breakfast but definitely not a special occasion

Fantastic breakfast to start new year. Great service and the food is hot and really well cooked.£20 for 3 breakfasts and unlimited tea and coffee. Brilliant.

Family meal. Three had the Classic Chicken New Yorker meal, the chicken breast was so tough and dry it couldn't be cut. So was left by all. The fourth meal was the Roast Veggie Lasagne. With garlic ciabatta. After reminding the staff twice that I hadn't recieved the ciabatta, two very small pieces finally arrived after I had finished my meal. Very disappointing experience. However, must say the staff were very pleasant and polite.

We had chicken burger the 2 for 1 offer, excellent value for money. Burgers and chips were large and cooked brilliantly. Service was amazing and with a smile, Catherine was a great server took time out to tell us about the menu, very friendly and welcoming.Vegetarian options: Good optionsParking: Great parking. Plenty of room.

Most food is pre made, just warmed up in the microwave. The fish and meat are cooked by itself and just added some sauce to serve it.The staff service was poor as well. The food arrival was unsynchronised. Drinks arrived after food. Also, a friend did not get his meal until he claimed it. The staff that served us didn't realise that someone didn't have their meal and was left in the kitchen. Most of the staff were clumsy. I'll not be coming back.

Went for Christmas Dinner starter nice turkey dinner ? so so.sparse meat. Desperately need staff. One person tending to at one time eight people. Until a barman came stood at a till not calling for the next customer. We decided to leave.

NACHOS are just like deep fried batter. Not what you expect New Yorker deep fried in fact tastes like you are eating fat and oil. We pre ordered got order wrong despite this and when I said my meal was passed to another member..we ordered same but my sauce was separate .the response was the best....do you want a new one. My reply ..well I'm.not going to take food off her! Others in our group also had cold food. Food was tasteless , deep fried and not nice. Desert fudge cake was dry as though it was going stale. Spoilt a family night out had it not been I would have returned good and not paid. The reason I did not was thd reason we were there...I did not want to spoil it. Suffice to say luckily McDonalds was nearby .

Came for breakfast with santa this morning and the staff were amazing ? my girls had waffles and strawberries for breakfast and they were delicious. I had a full English and it was perfect. Wait time was 10-15 mins food which was fantastic. 100% recommended to families and you will see me us again very soon.
