Ordered meal and collected itI thought I made a mistake and when I told the lady serving drive through she just closed the window and didn’t even ask what the mistake was.This KFC has had staffing quality issues for many years and never ever gets any betterToday omg tummy is so offWhen eating the bucket meal a wing was off tasting whilst the others all ok.I spat some of that wing out but had swallowed some. Today I have cramps, dreadful stomach aches and countless toilet journeys.Will be reporting to environmental health for an inspection as I’m so sore .

Rude staff standing around talking instead of doing what they are paid to do. The place and tables were absolutely filthy dirty. I asked for a refund after my order arrived wrong and was freezing cold then left to eat somewhere else. Not even worthy of 1 star!

It's one of the worst I've visited. Everything is grimy, staff are rude and orders are usually missing items.If the drive through is busy then staff inside will stop serving customers inside. Literally had them close the tills despite queuing for 10 mins. Someone just said stop serving and they all walked into kitchen.Delivery is bad, never had a correct order. Won't be back.

Hot fresh and tasty food, chicken coating wasn't thinned out with flour like a lot of KFC's these days - refreshing to eat the food as it is supposed to be flavour wise!

Chicken tasted stale and bland and soft, staff seemed like they didn't want to serve, severely dispointed with the quality of the chicken.

There is always something wrong with our order. Ask for extra mayo, and you don't even get a teaspoon full when you are supposed to get 1 pump per serving and 2 pumps for extra. The only good thing about it are the new fries, they taste so much better.

Oh dear. One of the filthiest KFC's I have ever visited. Un cleared tables, food all over the floor, overflowing bins and as for the toilets......disgusting.Don't go unless you are desperate and everywhere else is closed.

This was the worst kfc ever we ordered tango staff said they didn't have any left so we ordered 7up staff told us there was none of that left either this is because they were too lazy to change it so we are stuck with pepsi wot we don't like, we ordered sweet chilli bites and this is what we got tiny bit of sauce it was all just threw in disgusting service

Got to say my best visit yet. Food was hot and fresh, was served very quickly even though I had a big order. And staff were keeping busy and the store clean.
