Probably the best McDonald's I've ever been in. All the staff are friendly and efficient. The restaurant and toilets were super clean. If only all Maccy Ds were like this.

What a mistake this was. We ordered at the machine inside by the entrance and waited over 20 minutes for a wrap, burger fries and 2 drinks, I wouldn't mind if the place was really busy, it wasnt, When the meals finally arrived were not even hot and missing the burger from the order !!!If you are ever passing this particular McDonalds, keep driving and go to Burger King instead....avoid avoid avoid

Me and my friends wanted to eat inside however the upstairs was closed, leaving only two small tables available that were uncleaned, so we had to eat outside in the cold. Food came out without the cheeseburger we ordered and a medium fries rather than a large, asked the manager for the cheeseburger and he proceeded to ignore us while going on to serve the person behind us, coming back shortly to dump a cheeseburger on our tray, no apology issued, then providing much better service to the older gentleman behind us (what a coincidence). Chicken wraps were dry and tough to eat, likewise with the chicken nuggets, it's likely they were sat under a heat lamp for quite some time before being given to us. We specifically went to this McDonald's because it's supposed to be one of the better ones, could have fooled me. ?

Well.... 30 mins for 2 double quarter pounders.... And there was no one else waiting.

Wasn’t greeted at the collection window for nearly 2 minutes even though there was someone stood there. The least he could do was tell me he won’t be a moment. Felt ignored. The food was awful. Cold burgers, cold fries, the wrap that I got was stale and broken. Absolute shambles.

( the one next to cineworld if i got it wrong) ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! WE WAITED 35 MINUTES FOR HALF THE FOOD TO NOT EVEN COME.??? MY 6 CHICKEN NUGGET MEAL ONLY HAD 5 NUGGETS AND MY CHIPS WERE COLD! WE HAD TO WAIT 40 MINUTES BEFORE GOING TO ASK FOR THE REST OF OUR FOOD. I AM FURIOUS!???

This has to be the worst Macdonalds in the whole of England. Fast food you make a snail look fast. How hard Is it to count how many burgers you put in a bag. Seem to struggle after 1. Place would be better run by chimpanzees
