Service is slow called in on my way to work at 02:30am for a cheap burger it took 30 minutes to be served and it wasn't busy at all only 4 people in store and drive through was closed, the toilets are disgusting hygiene isn't their highest priority neither is service to be honest.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is great but that's the only thing that is.

After ordering a few times from this McDonald’s they never ever EVER give you sauce after asking for it to go with nuggets,Just spoils the whole meal! dry nuggets for the kids, embarrassing ? s#it service ? last time I’ll order from here! Can’t get anything right ?
This macdonalds branch at St helens I visited today have very friendly staff who provide excellent customer service Hot food. Great atmosphere. I give this branch 10 out of 10 as its the best I've been into

Had home delivery so can't really comment on atmosphere unless having a tiny chiuahah glaring at you while you eat is something you want to know about.

We had to wait a few minutes but everything was in the bag, food was hot and staff tried to make sure our order was fine including the sauces. This drivethrough is better than the others in the town.Vegetarian options: The vegan burger is outstanding if you fancy a change. Really tasty and I would say better than a quarter pounder. Give it a try, you will be surprised.

This review nwill be short and sweet, as I didn't stay long, due to walking out as a result of rude/ignorant attitude from staff.They offer the familiar menu, and haveany of the features found at any other maccies.- app Purchase - order screens - pick up take away etcThere are seats downstairs as well as upstairs, which is wear the toilets are situated. I'm unsure where the disabled toilet is, as I never seen one.I went for breakfast 15.06.2023, unusually the app wasn't working so a went to the cashier. For a Thursday 9:00am it was particularly quiet. There where plenty of staff working on the kitchen.I approached the cashier and one instructed the other the "serve that bloke" as they were busy... However, the second cashier ignored me and went to read the order screen. Five minutes later, they returned, and the first cashier repeated "serve that bloke", to which the second cashier turned her back to me and started messing with paper bags. By this point I have enough of the rubbish and rude hospitality, by the cashiers, and I walked out the restaurant still hungry.This is by far the worst service I have received in many years and I won't be going back, to this restaurant again.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to enter the restaurant... Tables and cashiers are situated downstairs....table service is an option.

0550 only me and 1 other customer in and he was sat down.And yet you still managed to get my bloody order wrong.Kept me waiting so I had to grab the bag and run for the bus.My bacon roll with brown sauce?Bacon cheese egg and sausage, fantastic.Don't eat egg or cheese.So binned.Cheers.BACON BREAD BROWN SAUCENot exactly complicated.
