Ordered at 19:15 only just arrived now, food is stone cold, burger is completely over sauced and inedible, pizzas were stone cold with the cheese still un melted. Awful tbh wouldn’t go here again.

Food was spot on and came delivered pipping hot, exactly what I wanted.Pizza was filled with loads of toppings which was also an added bonus. Don't normally get places where they are generous with toppings.Will defo be ordering again!

Will not be shopping here again until the mandatory service charge (tip) is removed from online ordering. Its an American thing and should not be encouraged here, You want to charge more, charge more, that is your prerogative, you've already increased your prices but sneaking it onto the bill after i have agreed upon a payment amount is disgusting.In responce to the reply left by mr pizza, The assumption of ordering food in is that the price includes the labour of making the take away. Adding a service charge, regardless of amount, stinks of paying twice for one thing.

Use to always order from here. No more. Food standards really gone down. Hashbrowns and onion rings are always damp and slimey. Use to be great. No more. Really disappointed. Seems like food is ready b4 delivery collects it. By time get it.vfood is disgusting

Never complain honestly but ordered food at 19.10, 35 minute wait . I'm fine with that. 1 hour later food turns up. Again I'm fine with this until I open it. Mayo all over food. Cant eat it. Call to tell them and they apologise making food right away to be sent out. Again not great but can deal with it.21.00 call back to check on food to be told there just about to cook this. 50 minutes after calling and watching my husband devour his food. Nearly 2 hours after our original order. Not good enough mr pizza

Tried Mr Pizza for the first time in a while. So glad we did. We ordered a chicken kebab on nan bread and a chicken and lamb shish kebab on nan. The meats were succulent and very tasty. The salad was very fresh. Best kebabs in town! Would highly recommend!
