I was missing a pizza when my order arrived but when I rang up they dealt with the matter extremely well and got my missing pizza sent out plus an extra one, so i can't fault the way in which they solved my issue. Will order again as I think the pizzas are extremely nice.

Ordered last night pizzas for 6 people and prepaid. After an hour they said that the pizzas will leave the restaurant soon. Second call, they said they will refund the order. Then a message saying that Stewart is on the way and will arrive in a minute.2 hours later, no pizzas arrived, restaurant is closed, no refund. The place is a joke.

Waited 2 hours for a delivery after they accepted the order, only for them to then cancel the order. Shocking service and definitely won't be trying then again. Would suggest everyone avoid them for a delivery order in the future. What a waste of time!

Ordered a pizza which took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get here, only for 1 pizza( I ordered 3) to arrive and the pizza to was stone cold. I rung the place 5 times and then answered on the 6th Time. I said “ I ordered a pizza and only 1 came and the pizzas are really cold” the owner said “you didn’t order 3 pizzas only 1” told him my receipt number and then he checked and then a few minutes later and then he said “ you definitely didn’t buy 3” .Don’t recommend ordering from this place

I gave 1 star as it was the least I could give. Ordered 2 pizzas on BOGOF and only got 1….I would not have spent over £25 on 1 pizza if I could have 2??? Seriously…what a scam! Be very aware! Manager is so rude, what kind of company is this? The one pizza that did arrive was cold and poor quality too. I would stay clear of this disgrace of a company.

1.5 hours to deliver. Don’t answer the phone. Stone cold & inedible. Toppings awful quality and literally couldn’t see the cheese. Saving money on cheese by not putting any on the actual pizzas!?! I only ordered from here as my daughter wanted the potatoes but never again. Had to make other food as they couldn’t eat it. It was awful.
The manager made my pizza wrong, shouted down the phone telling me im a liar, its not possible because she made it herself (this is a week later, after being told I'd get a refund so how she remembers that, but forgot the refund is beyond me) and put the phone down.Horrible little woman.

You're lucky if you get your pizza. Ordered an hour before they closed and they accepted the order.Over an hour later I'm calling up to ask where my order is and they don't answer the phone. In fact, they button you. I know this because I called them straight after them putting the phone down on me and the line was busy. So they actively ignore their phone.When you do get the food, it's hit and miss anyway. I don't think I've ever dealt with a worse takeaway to be honest. They don't give a flying F about customer service. Go to Domino's instead.

Ordered 1.5 hours ago, called them and and they said it would be with us as soon as the next car was back at the store. Bulls***, never again, it’s pizza not gourmet cuisine.

We are a theatre team in a hospital we ordered food to be delivered a 13.15 as that is when the case would be finished but it turned up at 11.45 which would have meant it would be cold so we asked could they please deliver or refund the money the manager was very rude and told us it was happening so take it or starve . We would have to send email to claim money back which we did but three weeks later still waiting . So on at 12hour shift had no food that day and £44 lighter
