Absolutely amazing time . Sage was so friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place more . It was home from home ❤️Rooms: Clean , smell lovely , beds so comfy .Food & drinks: Beefeater . Where do I start staff so friendly had the breakfast perfect , soup delicious. Steak wow I had sirloin medium rare one of the nicest steaks and I’m ate in some nice places . Would have tasted more mains but once you get a perfect steak you have to repeat ❤️Noteworthy details: Great staff. We was up north selling a house . Never met staff like them in all my Years of travelling . Highly recommended

Loved it probably best place I've been in ages the rooms were great beds SO COMFORTABLE the service is nearly instantly and the area is near so so much fun and exciting things to do!Rooms: Incredible I got a bath and a tea and coffee machine and the beds were amazing!Nearby activities: So close to everything literally 5mins away from a shopping centre thingy but it's near everything!

Standard Premier Inn and attached pub. Isolated so unless you want to jump in the car, you're limited to eating in the Beefeater.Restaurant gone down hill a bit with a new menu. Limited choice of beers.Good breakfast.

Everything you expect from a Premier Inn. The beds were really comfortable, it was very quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. We used it for an overnight stay after a long drive before visiting Edge Hill University. The food at the connected Beefeater was good.
I stayed here for two nights recently, it is a premier inn so it is nearly a carbon copy of all the others so you know what you are getting. The room was sound, everything was how it should be. This Premier Inn is about a five minute taxi ride from the station. If you want to catch a bus it's about a 20 minute walk through the industrial estate and then 20 minutes on the bus up to St Helens.

6 of us had a great night. The team were all adorable and they had a card and gift for our birthday girl who was 60. We had 4 rooms, all lovely and had a meal and a breakfast in the restaurant. Both were really good.They also lent me a charger for my phone as I'd forgotten mine.5 stars ?

We've stayed here on numerous occasions and have always found it to be excellent. A big shout out to Gary and Louise in the hotel for their excellent professionalism and efficiency in their said roles, going above and beyond if you need anything, regardless of the time and all with a great customer service. Also, Declan and other members of staff (can't remember their names) in the restaurant, who again go out of their way for you and always with a smile. Declan's customer service is second to none. Please thank each and everyone of them and we will definitely be back because we know what fantastic staff you have there. We'll done to all!!

Visiting Liverpool for a family funeral we did not arrive until late. The reception staff member Paul was very helpful. Rooms spotlessly clean , crisp white bedding. Towels , Toiletries full and everything we needed for an overnight stay. Had a good interrupted nights sleep. Peaceful with no noise.

We normally love Premier Inn but on this occasion we were disappointed. The heater in our room was broken and looked burnt and we did not sleep well as the beds were uncomfortable. As breakfast, food ran out and wasn't replaced and the options for gluten free were very limited and obviously not fresh. They obviously didn't have enough staff as the receptionist was seen helping out in the restaurant. On both days we were ill after eating the gluten free breakfast so it was obvious care was not taken to avoid cross contamination.
