Parking fine!!! Met friend for a catch up. It has cost me £60 if paid within 14 days. I WILL NOT be meeting here again.

Dropped in for a coffee to meet some friends. Seems allegedly the landlord has a sign giving them the right to charge a £100 parking charge as I stayed over an hour. Really disappointing that Starbucks don’t warn their customers especially when selling them a second drink. Will not be using this Starbucks again.

Nasty policy when it comes to parking. The parking lot ought to have an automatic gate as it is so easy to park there without realising severe restrictions are in place. As for the coffee and the food, well I'll never enter Starbucks doors having gotten £100 fine for stopping off for a bite on my way to a funeral.

Ordered a soya flat white with a reusable cup didn’t ge a reusable cup discount i also asked if it could be topped up with hot water. NO, YOU WILL GET IT AS IT IS .. Tremendous customer service. Think this young lady name begins with N needs some training.

Waited to be served for 5 minutes without any sign of any staff. Waited a further 5 minutes for drink to be made. Staff rude, disinterested and incredibly slow.

Went to get some lunch with a colleague. Ordered a panini to eat in. Very pleasant male staff member but no plate given. Not overly concerned as it was only a quick stop. Returned to counter on the way out to get a cake to take back to work. The girl behind the counter barked, what I now understand to be, 'Can I take a name for your order'. I thought she was in the middle of speaking to someone on her headphone at first as she didn't seem to be talking to me. She repeated herself and I said that I was sorry as I thought she was talking to someone else. She then just repeated the phrase a third time and I stated that I only wanted a cake. She was then unbelievably rude with the way she dealt with me. The cake was slammed into the bag and shoved across the counter. Unpleasant experience.

Went and parked on Starbucks thinking I could go in to get a coffee with a friend. Most expensive coffee of my life, got slapped with a £100 fine! It appears that Starbucks actually don't want customers, which is odd considering the number of tables and chairs in there. Avoid!!

Really disappointed to see that after a refurbishment that the doors were closed at 19:00 open for drive through only! Such a shame , looks like it would have been lovely to appreciate inside. Even worse when the signs next to the door say they close at 11 !

I met for a business meeting on 09.01. We bought drinks totalling £11.55 each and stayed 1 hour 43 mins. Staff were helpful but unfortunately the chain has decided to partner with parkingeye, who have promptly issued a £100 fine for staying over an hour. I have appealed but to have a chain that supports fining customers who use the premise is pretty shambolic. Needless to say I won’t be back and will use other coffee shops locally. I’m sure I won’t be missed and they won’t be arsed.

Not the friendliest of places!! Had to move 3 times as the place was so cold! Door was being fixed and window open for Drive-thru so no matter where we sat we were frozen! I mentioned it to one of 2 girls on shift who didn’t respond at all. Literally not one word!!! The only friendly staff member was a lad who said he’d put the heating on for us when I said they should be providing blankets with each drink ordered! We would have been warmer if we’d taken a seat outside instead!!!! I will never visit this place again, over priced and bloody freezing!!!!!

I ordered the cakes which was fresh and nice, then had to wait 10 mins for my first drink, another 5 mins for the second drink and eventually 5 mins later the third drink come. The other halfs tea was just milk see the picture. Will not go to this place again, £21 bill.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went through the drive through were there was only 3 cars in front of me yet waited 13 minutes to get my coffees, as I approached the window no apologies regarding the waiting time and I politely asked if they were short staffed only to be rudely told….no just busy. Very poor service really. Considering the purchase was £13.90!! Not the first time either that this has happened. Should be a quicker service and staff trained in manners. Definitely won’t be returning.

Went in for a coffee and a chat with a friend and received a £100 parking fine a week later!!! Next time I'm choosing absolutely to support a local business rather than Starbucks. The coffee is nothing to note, milky ash-tray water at best.

Coffee went horrible in less than 10 minutes the food was ok but the drinks it was very cold and full of cream terrible muffin. #do you know the muffin man

Just visited this store, wish I hadn't wasted my money. Terrible customer service, coffee and food average at best considering the price. We ordered 2 panini's to eat in and they were given to us in bags, I went back to the counter to ask for plates and 3 staff members stood in front of me chatting amongst themselves and not making eye contact. Eventually got the plates and wooden knives after standing in line in the queue. A smile or some basic manners would have gone a long way. Dirty tables and floor. Considering there were 4 staff members working and it wasn't very busy it should have been spotless. Not a pleasant experience at all, will stick to Costa.
