I was waiting at least 10 mins when I said to the lad is there anyone else here? Even though I could hear someone in the back, he just said without looking up no just me, no sorry, I'm on my own, or explanation. when he got round to me I asked him for a ham wrap. He then put two pieces of ham on wrap, now I get this regularly so I know you get four pieces. When I queried this he said I was wrong. His attitude was disgusting! I left without my dinner having wasted 20mins of my lunch hour. Won't be going again to this branch..

I member years ago once I bought something from there and the staff weren’t helpful or friendly and didn’t say thank you or ewt and overcharge me for no reasons. not even a smile and I not returning back

Can't rate the food as I decided to give up waiting . There was two staff on one was doing telephone orders and the other was doing training I understand people have to learn but surely you're customers come first would not of minded if they acknowledged me and said be with you in a moment. Very poor customer service

After re-opening, personel is a joke, not surpriced that everytime I pass this place is empty.

The staff were very helpful and friendly but unfortunately the seating area upstairs was a mess.... chairs full of crumbs and dried up spills, plus tables still had empty cups and wrappers from previous diners. My last visit was the same.But to be honest, I think there may have only been 2 staff working at the time and they could of done with more help/staff.

Black mould all over the bread called the restaurant I would avoid
Nice and friendly staff and food was good.Toilet dirty and no toilet roll . Looks like it needs a deep clean.

I wont order anything from this subway anymore. I ordered 2 items through uber delivery. Chicken quality is very poor. Chicken nachos are not at all crispy. Both ordered items are cold. Its disrespectful towards their customers ?
