I went here yesterday with my family it was absolutely brilliant I couldn’t believe how busy it was I remember how quiet it used to be in there the service from our waitress Faye was outstanding she was always checking on us and ordering us drinks that girl is fantastic!!!! Brilliant food and staff. Restaurant temp a bit chilly. Parking not too close by but not too far away. Disabled lift available. Didn't book but they were great and seated us in 5 mins.

Absolutely unbelievable service when trying to pay.My and my family all went for a birthday celebration so there was quite a few of us so we all went separately to the till to pay , when it got to the last two people paying the man behind the till told us that the full bill had been payed for (two people still hadn’t payed) so all very confused we just walked away and started to check receipts and ring family who had already left to see who had over payed but no one had , when we all got home a family member of mine who booked the table received a phone call from a very rude (the same man that told us the bill had been payed) saying that 4 people still hadn’t payed for their food and my family told this man that he said to us that we had paid the full bill to which he replied “no you all just walked off” which was absolutely not the case and we could not believe this accusation, my family then told the man on the phone that two people had paid cash and then he soon changed his tone realising he had made a mistake but there was still two people left to pay which was right as we had tried to pay but told it was all paid for which was no fault of our own.Absolutely raging about how we was treated about all of this . Bill has now been paid and certainly won’t be returning and I hope the Chinese buffet read this and take this upon themselves to be more organised and not accuse their customers when they are in the wrong.

Brilliant meal had tonight by our large party, food was great, service was excellent and the kids loved the robots.

Took my daughter here recently and we was waiting 40 minutes after our pre-booked slot, the manager couldn’t apologise enough as he explained he did shout my name but it may of been mis pronounced.Food was excellent and the idea of the robots bringing your food is next level genius, at the end of our meal the manager came over to apologise again about our wait but we was more than happy with our experience at TCB St Helens.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Food was beautiful and hot. The robots were great, came out with food literally minutes after ordering on the app we will definitely be returningParking: We parked in the multi-storey, plenty of parking but it shuts at 6:30 so not much time if you have a table booked at 5pm. Lots of parking attendants around too so its not worth being a single minute late. No fault of the restaurant though

If I could put zero stars I would, this place claims to be an all you can eat buffet, is it hell, made us wait over an hour for a table when it was half hour, never go, waited over half hour for a drink from bar and didn’t even get one as no waiters would
