Kimberley and Kel should take up singing lessons as glasses do shatter but 10 out of 10 for trying I will buy ear defenders for next timeBest Toby in the north west can't wait to see you

Food was great. Alfie was our server and he was lovely, helpful and pleasant. Sat at table quickly, not a big queue for the carvery. The only downside was how long I had to stand and wait to be served for a cup of tea. There was a guy who was more interested in putting glasses away (it was not busy and there were already glasses available), rather than serving me, stood at the bar waiting. That felt rude and customer service could improve there. Glasses can wait, customers should be the priority. Aside from that, all good.

Food was very good on our visit. The service let them down, not very busy and waiter took drink order and we waited in line for food, they were ready on the bar just not brought to our table, along with other customers drinks. Ended up going to the bar and grabbing the drinks ourselves.Needs improvement.

Food was amazing. Kieran and Neo the chefs were very pleasant & gave great service with a smile. Although it was extremely busy, everybody made time for all guests.

Thank you so much to Kirsty for making our experience so pleasant! Especially with a 4M old and 3 year old :)
What can I say, the staff are great I can't fault them. What I can fault is the below average cleanliness of the place and the third rate food. If it's breakfast, you want to stick to cornflakes. A roast, well, an M&S luxury roast for one for the microwave would be 100 times better. The facilities had more urine on the floor than in the pan and more skids on the bowl than there are on the M62.Take gloves, a mask, and your own food, and then you could give it 2 stars.7th March. Had a reply saying sorry you had a bad experience, no source of recompence of giving my money back plus the money for the extra toilet products. Big establishments like this don't care about customers or what they serve. It's money, money, money. I'm tired of the food industry letting diners down.
