“My girlfriend and I had a great time here last night. Food was great, and plentiful. Can't argue with the value, we even ended up taking some food home which is something I very rarely do! Can't fault the service either, we weren't kept waiting for anything. We would definitely come again.”

The lounge function room was brilliant and the staff from run up and onwards were fantastic ❤️ we tailored our buffet slightly which again went down brilliantly and everything was effortless ? highly recommended and full praise to this venue it is and for as long as I remember the best pub in Southport ?”

“We came for football and had a perfect view of the tv, there are plenty if that is your thing plus a huge projector style screen too so it's a great space for watching any sport really, which we did. They also had a Halloween speed quiz event on the night we were there which was a good laugh. They appear to have a new food menu which we tried. It really was lovely food and perfect for that type of venue as you can eat sat at the bar with plenty of space or at one of their tables also. We ordered the chicken pizza and nacho loaded fries. The pizza in particular was really good, the base was cooked to perfection and the toppings were plentiful without overloading the pizza. “We visited last night as a group of 15 (including children) for a birthday. I honestly cannot praise this place enough. We did a pre order and needed help with the menu due to allergies etc. They were excellent with providing allergen details. On the night, the food came out, all correct and piping hot. The portion sizes were big, especially the pasta dishes. We had all chosen different things and everything was delicious. The waitresses and the bar staff were really friendly and very attentive. There was a singer on the night too that really topped the night, he was fantastic. We really need a place like this nearer to our home town! If we're in the area again we will definitely be back. x”
