I’m actually so disappointed in the customer service and quality of this place, Ordered food over the phone and got told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. 1.5 hours later i ring up enquiring about my food, to get told it would be 10/15 minutes. 2 hours after i ordered the food it showed up, i said to the delivery driver (who i’m certain also runs the shop) that i had been waiting 2 hours, he brushed me off and didn’t really engage in conversation with me, saying that it basically isn’t his fault no care was given at all, it was basically not my problem etc. I then pay him and he goes, the food itself is okay, it’s nothing special to be honest. It was bland but edible. Will not be ordering again and i don’t suggest you do either.

Probably the best Bacon egg and cheese sandwich I've had . Lovely atmosphere brilliant takeaway service. Really enjoyed the crispy edge to everything bacon well cooked and egg perfect

Do not order. They got order wrong and didn’t deliver what they forgot and didn’t refund. Ordered vege burger as my sister is allergic to chicken and they send me a chicken burger She ate a bite and her throat closed up and an ambulance has been called.

I ordered takeaway for a friend. In the end he went home having waited an age for his food to turn up, leaving me to awkwardly explain to the delivery driver when eventually he did arrive, that the food was no longer wanted.

Absolutely gorgeous! Food came piping hot and on time,the girl who delivered it was really friendly and even gave my dog a treat which was lovely,this was My first order and it definitely won't be my last Absolutely gorgeous food and everyone was happy with their meals ?

Really unhappy today. Ordered many times home delivery but this time full breakfast arrived cold. Well barely warm. The ham was awful and fatty definately not the same that we get several times a week when working. Rang to say not happy but manager advised they wouldnt swap the food even tho we said they can have it back. We were told foods not cold they came straight to us but it took 45 minutes to warm up a breakfast and make ham sandwich and we are a 2 min drive away. Apparently we were only order driver came to in his run. Offered a 5 pound discount next time we order but we wont be using again. Very dissapointed and spent hundreds over the years.
