The coffee is always nice however due to staff having a good old catch up with friends my coffee was left to go cold whilst the friend was discussing her disaster of date. Just poor service all round. Not the usual standard from other branches.

Great staff with exception of 1 exceptionally passive aggressive young female member of staff who has attitudinal issues. Always clean. Everyone excellent with disabled members of public. Managers, staff on the whole amazing and wonderful with general public. Just one bad apple and the place is perfect

Absolutely love the festive toasted sandwiches. Friendly staff who handle a very busy store at lunch dealing with what I saw as very demanding other customers. Well done.

On my last visit had to have coffee in takeaway cupAs they had no clean cups trays of dirty cups everywhere one serving and i pressume one in kitchen the girl was lovely and apologized need more staff on at busy times i felt like clearing the tables and helping them

Staff were lovely and working really hard, but there just weren't enough staff in. 1 on till, 1 making drinks and 1 on floor. All tables had old drinks on and wait was 15 mins. Unfair on staff - need more staff on at busy times.
