I couldn't fault Dolce Vita. The lovely staff coped exceptionally with our reunion of 21 ladies!Excellent food, wonderful service and beautiful décor.Would definitely recommend.

Not as good as it used to be, maybe the new owners are just not quite up to speed yet. The waitress forgot a couple of our drinks and the food wasn't quite the same quality as we are used to getting here.

Wheelchair accessibility: Entry to the restaurant is good. There is a toilet to use which is also used by ladies. However, the toilet is accessible for wheelchair users. It had been locked from the outside when I went to use it but this has never happened before when I have visited and the staff were helpful

We had a table booked for valentines night at another venue up the road only for them to close the venue without any notice and transfer our booking to this venue. We were told that we could book anything from the menu online only to turn up and find they were only serving a set menu with very limit choices on it.Took ages for server to eventually take our order then made us wait excessive time in between dishes for the next course.Food was very good just not enough (very small portions) when we got home we were still hungry.Venue looked lovely and clean, smelt like it had just recently been painted inside which wasn't ideal when your eating a meal.

We dined here for the first time on Christmas Eve. Food was okay nothing too special and service was genuinely decent. However, when we received the bill a £80 bottle of champagne had been put on. The waiter when questioned seemed very apologetic and confused, the manager however shrugged his shoulders and carried on. If you decide to dine here CHECK THE BILL!

Lovely meal in a relaxed atmosphere on New Year's Eve. Friendly staff, good food. A lovely evening and a nice end to the year.

An average experience at best. Maybe it's on me for ordering a steak at an italian place but my sirloin was thin, lean, no crust, underseasoned and drowned in bland peppercorn sauce. It was in chef specials though so it was quite disappointing.

Celabrated my partners surprise 60th birthday family meal last Friday night at this lovely restaurant. The food was amazing. The staff were excellent, nothing was to much trouble. Massive thankyou to Robb and his team for your excellent service. Definitely recommend.

First time I had been for a while. The food was good but the service was poor. We waited a quite a while for our main courses, then had to ask them to clear the dirty plates. We were seated on a table on the left through the arch and I felt that they ignored us even though they weren’t too busy.

The food was good on this visit, but not excellent as it usually is. A little lack-lustre....lacking in flavour. Perhaps because it was a busy night.

Visiting family in Ainsdale and had a superb evening meal at Dolce Vita. I chose the Salmon and seasonal vegetables with a delicious white wine sauce, cooked perfectly. For dessert the Raspberry Pavlova was amazing. Great friendly service from all the staff. Thank you Dolce Vita for a lovely evening .
