Delivered the wrong order.no bottle of coke, total wrong chicken that was ordered. I phoned and after a while of ringing the phone got cut off. I continued and it just rang and no one answered, even though people are working there. Disgrace no customer service..I even tipped the driver who delivered..when I went outside he was well gone..will be writing to management now..

Just Eat delivery guy stole our food! When we called KFC to see what’s going on? The receiver who worked here said “the Just Eat drivers often steal the orders!” Yet they still accept Just Eat??

There were food scraps on the table and chairs. Hygiene is not good, why are there no staff to clean it?

I've been here quite a few times recently and usually it is very good! Sometimes a bit dirty with tables not cleared of trash but good food.

I ordered 10 pieces Hot wings, but all the Hot Wings is smaller than other KFC’s and there is one missed and I got 9 pieces!
As with all KFCs the service is poor but the food is normally on point.

Usual KFC food tastes great as expected. This restaurant though is geared mainly for uber eats or Just eat. If you walk in it can take up to 15 minutes before staff notice you need serving and your order will probably be 50th in line so be prepared to wait.
