My husband and I came here for our first date, many years back. It wasn’t our plan, but it’s where we ended up (long story), so we have a fondness for this KFC branch and have been here many times.We popped through the drive in on our way home recently. The food was good and the wait was short (it can get very busy) — can’t fault them. I especially like the watermelon cooler; I’m not usually a fan of fizzy drinks, but this one is quite refreshing.Parking: Can get full at busy times but plenty of additional parking is nearby.

All the tables/floors were covered in crumbs and sauce.Salt/napkins etc were not accessible as that area had been closed off and the waiter hadn't provided any with the meal, we needed to ask for them

Drove all the way from Formby, I had placed an order for 2 boneless buckets. With sides of rice corn and gravy. Drove home opened the order. No chips at all, no rice only 1 corn dumped a load gravy in place without saying. Called to complain, given a number to call to claim a refund. The number didn’t exist. Called the restaurant, kept on putting the phone down on me. Eventually left the phone off the hook. Give this restaurant a wide berth. Unless you don’t want a full meal and stuff that you didn’t order. Really poor service. Really poor customer service…. Don’t bother going.

Just re-visited KFC after they have updated their chips and I have to say they are a huge improvement. This KFC has always been good, service is swift, staff are pleasant. I wouldn't choose to dine in but that's just personal preference. Whole family enjoyed

Waited half an hour in the drive through for 5 cars to be served. Once you are in the drive through there is no way out so we had no choice but to wait. Drove home to realise they had missed parts of our order off despite being charged for the whole order. Definitely would rethink before revisiting.
