Lovely food . Only spoilt by the girl manager who was very rude. Slamming the cutlery down and telling us we had to hurry up with our pudding choices as the kitchen was closing seconds after we were given the menu by a very polite greek waitor called George (we believe). She then attacked us verbally by complaining about her attitude. She was very rude and wouldn't listen to us. She needs to go on staff training to improve her manner and customer service. It's a shame and because of her we won't be going again!!!! Despite the good manners of the other writer. She spolit our evening and we suggest the owner needs to train her in good manners and communication with the public skills.

Superb food! Outstanding service ?! By far the best Italian restaurant I've been to in a while. Lovely place. Definitely worth visiting. I ordered Tortellini as a main and it was absolutely divine! ?

La Tabella is a beautiful restaurant and a lovely atmosphere. However the service was shocking and the food was at best mediocre. Not a nice Italian meal at all. Had much better elsewhere. Pizza was to salty and pasta dishes very bland.

Very overrated with slow service. 100% not accessible for disabled customers. Probably the only restaurant I've visited that presented prices on the menu without VAT. MIND BLOWN ?

It would be great if they offered a better billing system for groups. That way those drinking can have what they want without non drinkers picking up a tab when they don’t drink or eat a lot.

Phenomenal Italian restaurant. We were wandering around Churchtown (such a picturesque place) and decided to stop for lunch. All sorts of reasonably priced lunch deals (2 pizzas and bottle of wine for £25 or choice of pizza or pasta and drink for £12.50). The waitresses couldn’t have been more welcoming. We sat inside but there are also options to sit outside or upstairs. Garlic bread starter was delicious, perfect thin crust generously brushed with garlic butter. Rocket and parmesan salad was dressed with balsamic, very refreshing. Mushroom cream pasta with crispy sage leaves was generous and had a great depth of flavor. Parma ham and mushroom pizza had a great crust. We didn’t have room for dessert. Waitress was so friendly yet professional and offered freshly grated parmesan and fresh ground pepper. Toilets were immaculate. Highly recommend.

Four of us visited today for lunch. The restaurant is spotless, everything is perfect , even down to the chilled bottled water. We ordered our food and everyone of us commented how tasty our individual meals were. The lunchtime special is a fantastic bargain. Great food, great staff and brilliant location. Thankyou

Love Friday evenings here. Wonderful atmosphere, early evening meal/drinks deal and music in the bar area. Staff are so friendly and welcoming, food is excellent (lots of choice from pizza/pasta to steak/fish specials.Special thanks to all staff working last Friday 14th July who made one little boys day so memorableKid-friendliness: Through Summer kids eat free with paying adult. They can make their own pizza(ours lived this) or choose from pasta dishes.
