OK food and quick service but they never fill their drinks. Recently had a large hot chocoalte and when I received it, the liquid was 4-5cm bellow the rim.

Car park now under control of UKPC. Dark couldn't see signs took longer than usual and got fined £50 for the privilege of eating there (didnt go anywhere else whilst car was in their car park). Staff cant do anything and parking company are cowboys - judging by the reviews. BE CAREFUL. I think we should boycott companies that do this.

I actually don't eat McDonald's, but I enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. The whole site, indoors and outdoors, was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly, polite and quick. Would go again.

THEY HAVE CLOSED THE CLICK AND COLLECT, FORCING YOU THROUGH THE WORLD'S SLOWEST DRIVE THROUGH. SINCE THE NEW SYSTEM THEY NOW HAVE A 100% TRACK RECORD OF GETTING OUR ORDER WRONG. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THEY GET YOUR ORDER WRONG? NOTHING. NO REFUND, NO DELIVERY. THEY PUT YOU ON A "COMPLAINTS TRACKER" WHICH MEANS NEXT TIME YOU COME IN YOU GET THE STUFF THEY MESSED UP FOR FREE. APPARENTLY "RYAN",THE MANAGER ON THE SHIFT LAST NIGHT, SEEMS TO THINK THIS IS BECAUSE A LOT OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS HAVE RETURNED TO UNIVERSITY. WELL THEY ALL WENT BACK IN SEPTEMBER RYAN - IT IS NEARLY DECEMBER! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. IT IS NOTHING LIKE IT USED TO BE. SHAMBLES.

Disgusting service. Rude staff, manager will is a liar too busy looking after online orders to be concerned with actual customers. There should an option to give no stars.

Wow why don’t McDonald’s check their delivery orders?? How hard is it to make sure all items are there?? There’s ALWAYS something missing it’s absolutely ridiculous, I honestly can’t get over the amount of times something is missing from our orders. You really need to speak to your staff it’s honestly not that hard to do their job!! Or maybe replace them or the manager if they’re finding it hard to do their job!! What a joke, worst McDonald’s I’ve ever ordered from!!

Fast food gone slow. Why has McDonald's gone so slow, waiting for almost an hour every time we go, as a family its no longer a convenient food source, its faster to just go home and make our own food. The food always comes out cold and the last few times its left us all ill. McDonald's has gone rapidly down hill and the staff just seam half asleep

I ordered in the drive thru, paid & was asked to park up, after 25 minutes my food didn't arrive, so I went in & just got told here's your money bk !!!!!!! No sorry or anything, I WONT be going bk
