Made my quarterly visit - to pay my respects to the Chicken Big Mac before it is cruelly snatched away from us again - and was pleasantly surprised by both the speed of service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. A bald guy in a zip-cardigan basically didn't stop cleaning for the entire 30 minutes I was in there.Naturally there were screaming kids climbing all over the bar-style seating near the window but there's not much that Ronald and co can really do about that. All in all though, better than I expected.

Ordered via the app to collect via drive-thru. Handed drink & ice cream and parked for 18 minutes. Food comes out and one of my grill orders is incorrect, wait another 5 minutes for the correct burger and when I ask for my ice creams to be replaced they start whining away.Loads of Uber eats drivers seem to be getting served quicker than I was, sort out your customers waiting in there car before somebody waiting at home!

What an awful experience. Couldn’t get anything right. Firstly wrong order, no milkshakes available. When we finally got our order discovered we had been given a chicken wrap not a veggie. horrified that they’d served vegetarians chicken. Went back to report it and the manager didn’t even have the decency to talk to me. Will be making a formal complaint. It’s only a matter of time before that restaurant serves somebody something they are allergic to with possible awful consequences.

Being a loyal and common customer of McDonalds, THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST MCDONALDS NATIONWIDE. And the franchisee of this location should be aware of the shambles. Orders wrong for the past 5 visits. Meal ruined. Disgusting. As a business owner, i would suggest the franchisee invests in some further training to all staff. As they are clearly, out their depth!

Ordered food for ourselves and our children via the drive through.Parked up and found out they had tampered with my food putting pepper in my Big Mac.When going back round to say something, they all laughed at me when telling them about putting pepper on my Big Mac.I actually cannot believe it, I will be going to trading standards, I’m going to even keep the burger, it’s a good job I’m not allergic to pepper as this would have been a lawsuit. I will take this as high as I can and I won’t give up. How dangerous.

Friday night, treat night for the kids. Almost every time there is chips or nuggets missing from the order.Maybe it's our fault for ordering something really complex (2 chicken nugget happy meals - 1 bag of chips and 4 nuggets x 2 is complex maths, right?).Everyone makes mistakes, but in the context of staff at this venue, they make mistakes consistently.It's better to hold up the queues and make sure they've given you what you've paid for, or better yet, don't bother going.

Not the best McDonalds I have ever been, always seem to be missing items whether it’s (like today) a chicken big mac and sauces, to say it was also packed by the manager! better management needed, food isn’t always hot like some of these reviews. Hope it improves.
Mayhem!! Orders backed up, staff looking lost and fed up. Customers just standing around not knowing if their food order is coming or not. The new order at a machine and take a number is impersonal even for fast food shops. Drivers shoving in for deliverwho ect, all while the drive through seems to be moving along. Food nearly warm when you get it and you have lost the will to complain..

Cheeseburgers were only warm, we ate in so should have been hot. Coffees mixed up, indicator on top of cups incorrect. Didn't seem very organised and yet it wasn't that busy.

Disappointing end to a fabulous weekend with children fireworks night ? The children was so excited. We ordered all our food . Mines easy as a vegetarian I ordered 2 hash browns yummy. We waited 35 mins ( fast food ) then we order kids pancakes . Opening up order was no cutlery so we had to head back to counter which by this point was super busy. Sat back down no maple syrup? So back again we go . Was very frustrating experience

The food is often too cold to be acceptable from this McDonalds, we had a hot water instead of a hot chocolate too. Good location to get a bite to eat and pull up at the sea front.

I placed an order for delivery and there were no chips in the happy meal, and no extra chips that I ordered. Called to complain and I was told I had to contact just eat. But the problem is with macdonalds not just eat. I don’t have a car to collect and they were not prepared to help in anyway!!! My son is autistic no I’m dealing with a meltdown as he has no chips.
