Food was really nice and servers were nice too, was just let down by how long it took for our drinks to come, we got starters and then also had mains handed out before drinks and we had to ask multiple members of staff for the drinks before we asked one to just bring over the glasses so that we could fill them up

First time at Nando's. met at door and led to a table and given menu. Ok. Would have expected to be approached within 15 mins. to order. (They weren't that busy) as it is table service after all. Eventually noticed scancode on menu and ordered online from seat. Is that normal?

I was served by a lovely women yesterday named Roxy she was very kind and got me a straw. Our food was served fast and tasted great.

Everytime we visit this restaurant for a pick up order they always manage to miss 1 item. Tonight they've managed to miss the main order along with one of the starters. Nandos phone was almost as useless as the store seems to be. Can't order from them again as happened too many times now.

Came out for a family meal to celebrate my daughters birthday. Family seemed to enjoy themselves and the staff were friendly enough. Was a bit too spicy for my liking but everyone else enjoyed their meal. Will come again!

A nice meal. Need to be aware of portion sizes, eg, quarter chicken is a chicken leg portion. Half a chicken is two chicken leg portions, not chicken leg with breast.

Drove to Nandos for takaway to celebrate exam results. A very minor error was made at the point of order which caused a wrap to be have sauce on. Also, a perinase sauce was missing. I rang up and spoke with the manageress. I have had dealings with her previously and she was excellent. She was amazing again tonight. The problem was resolved effortlessly. She always makes you feel so valued. Rather than putting you of returning, I am much more likely to return again very soon. Thank you

was told max wait 15 minutes 30 minutes later the socially awkward girl said we still had another wait after letting others who came after sit. terrible customer service furniture is worn and hasn’t been refit in 20 years avoid

Not been for years but work mates talked me into coming along. Pleased to see much wider range available on menu! I chose the 2x thighs with garlic bbq sauce, hallumi & caramelised onions in pitta. Fries & rainbow slaw. It was very filling & very very tasty! The slaw is dry veggies, so asked for mayo to mix it with.Staff were all lovely, however twice items were missing, food came out in wrong order, tables weren't being cleared/cleaned, cutlery was dirty.Obviously it was busy so it was very noisy (which can't be helped) so not very relaxing xx

Dined in on a Sunday 2pm and was not busy.Service was shocking, ordered through the app at the table… drinks never came and neither did the sides under I told the staff. Was then told “well they wouldn’t come because the sides and drinks come on a different ticket and it didn’t print” as if it was my fault.So was served my meal in total disorder. Not a single staff member asked how our food was and were too busy chatting and messing around.Chips were cold, chicken was overcooked and dry so had to layer it in sauce to make it somewhat edible. To top it all off the meal cost £40+. I contacted Nando's the same day at the promise of being contracted in 3-5 days…. 9 days later I was contacted by the manager of the branch who tried to offer me £30 voucher to dine again, now having to wait another 2 days for a reply from customer service which I’m not holding my breath about.

Cooked but Cold chicken, limp salad and almost invisible portion of coleslaw in a chicken pitta.. The accompanying fries were also cold .Surly staff I felt almost an annoying interruption of their idle chit chat .I’d have eaten better at McDonalds.Avoid

Came at a quiet time to find still busy 30 minutes wait so ok BOOKED sat round corner waiting for a text30 mins later receive a text saying table ready will be held for 10 minutes . arrived within few minutes stood at door for 5 minutesTHEN to be told by an ignorant girl that she'd given our table away and said we had to be there within 5 minutes even though text stated 10 minutes refused to look at our text then said we'd have to wait again for a tableAt this point waiting 40 minutes for table then to have to wait again I went somewhere else. Don't think I'll be going back with the attitude of the server
