Ordered a tune sub footlong and it came all squished together and freezing cold like it had been sat in a fridge and after 15 mins of heating it in the oven the taste was so bad I gagged on it and threw it away

I've ordered small bacon and egg sub for £2.49 and extra hashbrows £99.\\nThis is how my sandwich looked like. 1 precooked slice of bacon and 1 small pre cooked egg (cut in calf) were slopped on a stale bread and put in the oven for a few seconds. You'd think that for that price they would at least give you 2 slices of bacon. Ridiculous.\\nHashbrows were even worse, sloppy and not crunchy at all like they should be.\\nEverything was so dry as it was mainly dry bun than you get, that I could barely eat it.

Utterly hopeless. I have ordered several times via their app and each time the order is almost entirely incorrect. They interpret your order as a loose suggestion of what you want and seem to make it up as they go along. I find it genuinely baffling how they can get it so wrong every time when every part of the order is itemised in writing for the staff to follow.

It's has it's charm , bacon, lettuce , tomato on a seeded, with mayo, just can't beat that for a breakfast + latte
Went to subway church town for the first time , all I can say is that the staff were brilliant , very accommodating . My partner is gluten free and he was made up with the food . Thank you subway we will definitely go back again .

Absolutely terr8ble rushed to order the food yet noone but us in the shop bread was dry and falling apart my son ordered ham salad he got one slice of ham and 3 slices of cucumber too busy rushing us to order the sandwich you wanted and to top it off had no change to give me so 15.00 for 4 sandwiches poorly made and stale really disappointing

I ordered over 4 sandwiches that had to be toasted, with cheese inside and one of them with onions. None of which was right. I don’t get it, they deem to be the best yet they can’t even make a bloody sandwich. Stick with the order! It’s a joke.
