Lovely little place to stop for a sandwich. Very clean inside and I thought Jess provided a great service, very attentive to what I wanted and she provided a speedy service. Will definitely be going back. It's come on leaps and bounds since it re opened. 5 stars.

I would like to add that sandwiches made in subway are made from frozen foods & the meat is stud for long time, chopped up meat it not identified as quality meat & is probably the poor side of any meat were the is a risk ? . This one I visited a few weeks ago & I well not be using subway anymore cold stud foods are a risk & the service was very poor is an understment toxic may be the word

Great sandwiches - well made and really fresh. The guy who was working there was very polite and the place was extremely tidy and clean. Best Subway we've used in a long time - can thoroughly recommend and the location is really good with 3 hours free parking - not something you see much of in Southport!

Visited Sunday lunch. wasnt busy so getting a table wasnt an issue. Food and drinks were ok. Pity the toilet was out of action though. Girls behind counter could do with some customer service skills training as they have none

Best fast food restaurant there is. Much better than McDonalds and others like that as the prices are amazing, £6 for a foot long, drink and cookie (which are amazing) with as much toppings as I want? don't mind if I do. Oh and the drinjs are refillable as well on a fancy touchscreen machine.

Went down the hill since new team started. Running out of items sooo many times and sandwiches taste different then before... Come on it should be the same all the time.
Usually love a subway but not today. Visited ocean plaza subway, no hearty Italian bread, ok so went for the Italian. Rock hard , tasted stale, when I questioned if there was 2 pieces of ham on a 6inch sub I was told there was , once home, discovered there was only 1 piece. Once my food was wrapped both sandwiches were hanging out the rapper resulting in sauce everywhere, nothing to hold the paper together, there is usually a sticker holding it, not today. 2 staff on and both looked as though they didn’t want to be there. Better staff training and customer service needs to be done in this shop.

Having visited this subway every week for the past 2 years We were very disappointed with it recently. Toilets have been out of order for the last 2 weeks. Poor choice of cookies and not many available. Limited amount of salad and doesn't appear fresh. Limited amount of fizzy drinks for past 2 weeks Some bread uncooked in the middle. Used to be one of the best in the area.

One server! Poor girl, having to do everything on her own. Consequently the service was abysmal and my sub was cold by the time the other two had been made. Bits all over the tables and floors and the WC was roped off. When will Subways get it together efficiently and I mean all Subways, not just this one?
