My hubby and I had lunch here today. Food was very good, and we were able to share, which was nice. The staff were very nice and helpful. We look forward to going again in the future.

Went for a spot of lunch and ordered a chicken BBQ wrap which was delicious and full of flavour. Staff were very polite, they checked if we were happy with everything and the service was fab! Been here quite a bit over the years but the standards are not dropping.Would recommend - Also have crystal on draught which is nice

We went there for a birthday party and there was a buffet laid on for us which was nice.A good atmosphere and friendly staff.
We've been going to be Richmond on and off for 15 years now, always enjoyed the beer and food. Unfortunately our latest visit was really disappointing. The food was awful. My cheese and onion pie was terrible. The pastry was chewy, like it had been warmed up in a microwave. The chips were undercooked and cold and this was supposed to cost £15. I complained and wasn't charged for the pie. Not sure why it was so poor, but we won't be rushing back.
