Cosy warm friendly welcome, popular with locals. Staffed by volunteers. Cakes are really yummy and are home made, and the prices are very reasonable. It is possible to go in by yourself, sit by the window and people watch.

I've been their customer since the the day they opened this place. It was always nice welcome, friendly people and lovely coffee. I moved to another area but I still pop in and chat with the old and new staff. My new dentist just around the corner so I have an excuse ?

I adore this place. The staff are always lovely and so welcoming and make a point of knowing your name which is really nice. Even when it’s very busy, the staff always appear in good spirits and always very attentive. Very relaxed / chilled atmosphere which is important to me. I don’t like eating in places where it’s hectic and there’s a tonne of people. The tables are spaced out well, so you don’t feel like you’re crammed in like sardines! The food is fab too and very reasonably priced. Always fresh and you get a decent amount too. A few things have been switched up here, from the menu to the layout which just brings a freshness to it. On a random note - I was never a scone person until I’d tried Karen’s. They are divine! She has obviously taught Dale very well as his was lovely too. It’s just a place that I genuinely enjoy and I always look forward to going.

A delicious lunch and a very friendly cafe. A great range of sandwiches and wraps and extremely tempting cakes not to mention superb coffee. Lots of outdoor seating away from the main Street. Highly recommended!

We have been waiting for Community Soul to reopen since 1st lockdown . We frequently would go for lunch so we were pleased it had opened again but to be honest I was a bit put out over the prices of the sandwiches which are now £4 for a basic sandwich in a packet which is a bit expensive with no plate , no choice , no side salad no crisps so just because of cost & family budget we’ve opted to get meal deal £3 for drink , sandwich packet crisps elsewhere .

The food and drink here are absolutely fantastic, ran by amazing people and it's always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The homemade scones are the best on the Wirral without a doubt and are a must for anyone visiting !

It's a nice little cafe, not very big but definitely not a restaurant as described in advert

Always a pleasure visiting here. Heart warming, welcoming and relaxing place. Some toys for little ones and a back garden that serves ice cream. The afternoon tea is scrummy too, I was treated to one by a friend. Recommend.
