I visited the Wallasey store to pay for an order that was to be delivered later in the evening for a party.I was pretty shaken up as I'd just had a fall and bumped my head quite badly. I was served by Nicole, who simply went above and beyond. She got me a chair and a bottle of water. She sorted my order and was reluctant to let me drive home only agreeing if I phoned the store to let her know I was home safely.In the evening, she phoned me to let me know my order was on its way.The pizzas arrives promptly and were demolished by the party of 18 year olds!So I just wanted to make sure Nicole gets the recognition she deserves. She is an absolute credit to the Dominoes team.

Disgusting place! Visited this place the other night to collect my order and witnessed something nasty and downright unhygienic. One of the staff with a brush in his hand sweeping the floor asked me about my order, then went and grabbed the pizza box and drinks. Didn't even care to wash his hands. Dominos doesn't seem to have dedicated cleaners. I also saw other staff do something similar. One of them even left cleaning tools and grabbed a bag of pizzas and left the store. I believe he went to deliver it. I will never order a food from this place. I'd rather eat from McDonalds or KFC or subway where people who handle food only handle food, people who deliver do just that, and people that clean just clean!

Bought a pizza from the wallasey branch , the lad charged me for two but I never noticed until later on after checking my bank online , no refund , completely useless staff , and certainly won't be going back

Ordered a pizza and was charged for two , I did not notice until later on while checking my bank statement, the shop wouldn't refund and dominoes are not interested so they leave me no alternative than to leave this review unfortunately! Friends and family are no longer using domino's because of the appalling service !

Ordered for NY sent wrong order instead of mighty meaty I got pizza base with bbq sauce and cheese on. Spoke to staff who where rude and basicaly trued to say was my fault and refused to change it.

I just ordered via domino’s app , I’m really forget add extra one more small garlic sauce, I called store request kindly can you give one sauce extra, that guy asked my all details and Eventually he said to can’t give for you, because I’m an Asian, that why he said to me no. Normally I get so many time free sauce I’m regular customer on domino’s, same time I told my family and relatives and friends neighbours, BEST PIZZA IN THE WOELD ONLY ONE ONE DOMINOS,I got biggest disappointed from Wallasey. Store ,just one small sauce, really so hurt my self very deeply ,Very bad customer service , and rude
