Ordered the 10pc wicked variety bucket which the chicken was watery and didnt taste right at all. Ordered two kids popcorn chicken but only received one. Partner was sick after it.

Been several times and my order has been wrong every time, get home and find something missing. It's about time I learn to stop going. Chicken wasn't greasy though so that's a positive.

On a bad day the music in here will be louder than a concert, you can't hear yourself think. I don't know if someone complained but last time I went there was no music. That may well be down to that or simply that it was DJ cashier's day off. The food is the same as any KFC in uk, it's gone downhill and this restaurant can't be blamed for that, they literally just heat the food up. KFC chicken does not taste the same like it did 20 years ago. The pieces are smaller and the price is higher, always a NO NO. The chips are quickly becoming legendary by how poor they are, why change from the McDonald's type ones, there was no problem? One has to wonder if this is to save money somehow. Anyway this shop has staff in it anyone with an IQ bigger than 50 would want to avoid, and they are cooking your food, oh God!

Ripped off.Ordered a large popcorn chicken meal only to find that after they took the order there was a note saying no popcorn so extra cookie. How the hell does 1 cookie replace a large popcorn chicken.Absolutely disgustedHaven’t got a car so can’t drive round and complain.
Ordered delivery, ordered the boneless banquet and the portions of the fries and chicken is disgusting for the price. Ordered the trilogy box and yet again the portions were disgusting. About 7 fries.

Meals are usually served quickly and hot. Sometimes, there is a long wait, and meals are not so hot. But overall this is a good place to eat. There are occasions when I go there, teenagers use it as a social club. They come in and go straight to the seating areas, where they sit and have food and drink bought elsewhere. If you want to have a sit-down meal, you could be out of luck. This is a restaurant, not a social gathering.

I've been attempting to order every day for 3 days but for some reason the just-eat is always turned off! The store is not busy enough to turn it off. Why are the staff so lazy or is the reason for no just-eat is because you employ kids that go out on a weekend and don't want to work due to hangovers.Employ some workers and not kids that want to stand around and have a chat!
