As always, dinner at Prezzo was a first rate experience. The staff are cheerful, respectful and attentive. The ambience warm and friendly and the food is always glorious. If you are considering dining out in New Brighton, and if you love Italian food, Prezzo should be your first choice.

We booked our table for 6.00 pm but we were still waiting for main courses at 7.20 pm. We had to leave without our food because we were due at the theatre for 7.30 pm. We then had to return at a later date as we were overcharged for drinks. Sadly we won’t be returning even though the food looked great. We left the restaurant very hungry!!!

Extreamly slow service I placed my order at 3pm and my food came an hour later. I orded a chicken caesar salad I got baby gem lettuce and very dry chicken and a few slices of cucumber. This was charged to me at £14.95.

Jess was the woman who greeted us as we walked in and was nothing but friendly and welcoming. She made me and my partner feel at home and comfortable from the moment we stepped inside. Nothing was too much to ask from her and she went above and beyond.Food was warm, fast and tastyWe asked for a window seat as we wanted a view and thats why we’d travelled all this way and that is what we got! amazing service from her(The young lady with the ponytail was also lovely, didn’t catch her name though)

The food was best described as 'ok', no better than that, the service very slow and overall its not a place that we'll be returning to.The service was that slow that we left without ordering coffee or desserts because it was taking so long ?♂️

Bottomless brunch is fab. Jacob was very attentive and we never had an empty glass. Rely friendly. Lean toilets. Great service.

Went for a meal before the theatre and wasn't disappointed. The food was fantastic and the service even better. We were served by Emma and she was very attentive and polite. As we're all the staff. I work in hospitality,so I know just how hard it can be. All the staff were calm under pressure and very hardworking. I would definitely recommend going for a great meal and friendly service. I will definitely be back at another time

Visited the first time on Valentine's day I am so disappointed Ordered Alfredo pasta with chicken was nearly 16 pounds in my plate had just to small pieces of chicken, pasta was a tiny portion and the sauce was watery, taste wasn't good . Coffee is lovely but for food definitely I will not return back to eat a child portion food and not good as well.
