Went in earlier and the service was horrific it's was a woman in none uniform with red ish hair and she was extremely snotty with me and sarcastic with

literally everything other than hash browns and cookies (more hash browns that asked for) was wrong. order cost 50 pound overall. workers are quite clearly incompetent. may as well have tolders working there, sure theyd do a better job ?

I have never been to any establishment that had such terrible customer service.15 minutes wait while there were 2 customers including myself no acknowledgement from staff to even say "we will be right with you"1 staff member took 10 minutes to make 2 sandwiches for another customer whilst the other stood on his phone in the back.I ended up leaving as I would have been late for work.Don't bother calling as they hang up on you.

The work environment was totally disorganised Today and the food display/trays where not attractive. The Sub i ordered was hastily made and messy. Hoping when i go again my meal will be more appetising.

You think I’d learn not to order from here. It’s terrible, I’ve had MULTIPLE occasions where food arrived nearly two hours late and wrong. There is literally never anyone in there and they never look busy so god knows why they take so long and always manage to mess the order

Never ordering from here again, the service was terrible and always getting my order wrong for a place that has no customers inside the staff don’t listen and can’t read properly when ordering on their online website, might as-well get monkeys to work there atleast they’d get the order right. Complete waste of money and can’t trust to eat here!
For a restaurant that’s got no customers inside when I collected my online order today the staff still managed to get my order wrong and this is not the only occasion they’ve made mistakes, can’t trust to eat here. Wouldn’t recommend it’s terrible!!

Just my opinion but when in the other day it has been a while but all the menus have changed and its just not for me any more . I left the store without purchasing anything

As a hard working teen who is paid a measly £5.30 and hour this costly meal deal left me unsatisfied and distraught. I had spent over an hours worth of my wages on such a disgusting meal. The staff were rude and unhelpful failing to inform me on where to get my drink from. I was also met with no friendly greeting and was rushed to order regardless of the lack of other customers waiting. My sandwich burnt my mouth and the toppings were abysmal. I wouldn’t buy this meal even for a homeless person. Never again will I return and I suggest you do not waste your hard earned money here! The toilets were highly unsanitary with POOP left in flushed in one toilet and the handicap felt more like grease that anything. All the tables were also unclean and the pictures on the walls are depressing.
