Second meal from here, as we thought we'd give it another try. Customer service was not the best. Meat was chewy again, and fried rice wasn't great. One of us couldn't eat the meal. Just to be aware, it's cash only, which can be awkward for some. We won't be returning.

Really nice Chinese takeaway. Always had nice food from here, Prices are reasonable. I have always found the staff to be very friendly. They always accommodate my request to make certain dishes spicy. Can get busy at peak times, which I always take as a good sign in terms of the quality of the food. I often ring through my order in advance so I don't have to wait long. They also offer a delivery service but I've not tried it as I've always collected.
Wouldn’t go there again we turned up at opening time placed our order and because we didn’t have the right money the short tempered response put us right off ! The food was discarded to be safe !

This Is a pity, but for the 3rd time ordering crispy duck we got to our daughters house in Ellesmere Port to find there was no Hoi Sin sauce in the pot with the food order as it should have been.On the previous occasions we assumed all would be OK, and it wasn't until.arriving at our daughters to find no sauce, on both occasions we called them to be told sorry and both times we had to go and get the missing sauce.So having been let down twice my wife checked our order before leaving Irby, yet again the sauce was missing from the order. Thankfully I went back in to complain and was given 2 of the sauces so we made our way to my daughters. We arrived only to find that the sauce we were given was curry!So yet again a trip back to Irby we were given £12 back thats it the extra fuel and time to be given £12 back is a total joke and not a good way to treat loyal regular customers
