Ordered at 18.41 , order was being delivered for 19.20 rang at 19.50 and told it will be another 20 mins . Nearly 2 hours later to be told they ran out of Donner meat and it would be even longer . Very poor service

So myself and about 7 different family members order from sabs weekly sometimes 3 times a week. I’ve just placed my order and they sent it to the wrong address. I clearly altered the address before ordering but regardless they sent it to a different address. After waiting over 1hr 15mins I called sabs and he told me it was my error and under no circumstances was he going to fix the error they made. Sabs will most definitely feel this now as we will all boycott his business. This is very poor customer service in general but especially for someone who spends a lot of money there. DO NOT order from here as they have no standards when it comes to customer service!!!!! Very poorParking: Awful

Sabs has just lost a regular customer, firstly because my order was taking wrongly I was told if I have problems speaking I should use just eat app very rude considering I went through the order twice then upon agreeing to a later delivery of missing Pepsi bottles and a garlic bread with cheese iv waited 2 hours to be charged full price never again will I order off these due to there customer service

Food was dreadful, ordered a large chicken kebab and it must have been a small beast of chicken. Asked for no salad, came with salad, 25mins late, miserable delivery guy and all the food was greasy and tasteless. I won't recommend.

Ordered from alot in the past unfortunately won't anymore. I ordered a kebab bap on Friday and was very sick for 2 days after it definitely food poisoning. Also the driver went the wrong address and could not find us.
