Massive thank you to the girl who helped me with petrol yesterday!! Went above and beyond, drove to another petrol station as i had completely ran out!! Can’t honestly thank you enough!! Amazing service and such lovely staff very helpful and can’t do enough for you!

Incompetent staff member on tonight couldn't serve me a coffee via the shell app and tried to charge me a higher price for an item that was clearly labelled on the shelf.

I'm giving 5 stars because the women who is on every morning is the happiest cashier I know. She is never moody and has a smile for everyone. I get my petrol from here now just because she is so happy. Sick of miserable people serving me. a smile cost nothing and goes a long way.

Have just moved to the area and called in for paper. The assistant was so cheery and positive I wanted to recognise this. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name (Sat 21st morning) but she’s a credit to customer service and because of her I shall be using this shop as much as I can. I wish more retail businesses would focus on customer service.

There’s a sign on the door ‘if you don’t have a mask, please use the hatch’. Woman behind the till couldn’t care less and just lets people in without a mask.

Excellent car wash for £6.00 but looks run down only stop lights work forward and backup lights don’t work and no under chassis wash. And it did look out of service when I arrived with no lights and dry bay. But gave me ShineTecs Brush wash and ShieldTecs polish with brushes and powerful drying. But have been to better Gantry Car Washes

24hrs? I don't think so. Every time I pass on my way to and from work around 7am and 3pm the cones are out blocking any cars from entering. And the front door is also locked. Why is this when it is advertised as a 24hr service?

Not exactly a 24 hour garage when a certain member of staff closes the forecourt and locks the door for rush hour each morning to "stack shelves"!

It's laid out as if it has space for two cars between pumps - but only if you don't want to open your door. My bigger concern, I've lost count of the number of times cars coming from the Chester High Road have pulled out in front of me when I've been coming from the Barnston Road direction. As per the Highway Code, indicating left immediately after the Chester High Road exit. When I've come from the Chester High Road direction, visibility is often reduced. Either the roundabout needs to be re-profiled or the give way from the Chester Highway direction needs to be moved backwards so cars driving in to the petrol station can be seen.
Car wash never working when I come from Neston. Could you please put a (car wash working) on your web site

Friendly staff (generally ) Not particularly good value but generally well stocked with all those snacks and drinks to maintain your sugar levels ! Costa Coffee machine on site and a drive in carwash. Assistance for disabled drivers.
