Nice food but they never read the notes section. Twice I have asked for a BBQ sauce base on my pizza and received tomato. The menu leaflet says ordering on the app saves you 20% but the app only discounts by 10%.

Placed an order today through the website never had a problem b4 they took the order and payment and half an hour later are closed I dont think they should have took my order if they were planning on closing early

Will not be using here again, after firstly placing a large order n being happy, on my second and third time ordering I had late delivery issues, missing food, an even food with cheese on the chips to which I did not want, and whoever I spoke to on the phone certainly needs to go back to school an learn some bloody manners it is such a shame seen as the food is lovely I rang orders direct and used the just eat app what's the world coming to when you can't even get simple things right but then mistakes need a little manner to deal with them properly. Never again ???

Terrible service, ordered over £25 worth of food and told we could collect in 50 minutes so we did and drove home 2 minutes away to find one portion of chips uncooked and one pizza well done and the other dry but as kids to they had started to eat so we telephoned them to say not happy and they said come back for a refund we did then they said where is the food, how do we know it was our food, so we didn't get a refund after the manager tried to tell us that we were told 15 minutes to collect the food and not 50 minutes but one of they staff told him we were told 50 mintues by a driver who answered the phone.He was very rude the whole time shouting and telling me that he can't give money back with out the food and boxes I don't recommend this place at all. It is also now called the Greasby Pizza & Grill.

Food was luke warm when we got it an hour and a half after we ordered. Thats not the issue though. The issue was in other comments when ordering the pizza i typed in comments "please can we not have sweetcorn on the pizza, thanks". And it came with sweetcorn. My son is allergic to it so it was thrown away. Why put a comments box if you wont read it?? What a waste of £22.00 and the family takeaway night was ruined. Wont order from here again.

I received an incorrect order, which was replaced, and yet i received no apology from either the restaurant staff, or the driver. I was also asked 'What do you want me to do about it?'I then received an aggressive phone call from the restaurant, claiming I'd been told to 'give back' the incorrect part of the order (only a portion of chips, which were supposed to be cheesy), however i was not asked for these by the driver, and this was not made clear over the phone. I was basically yelled at by a total stranger over a £2 portion of chips. I felt very threatened, and i would absolutely recommend nobody purchase food from this establishment.

Food isn't bad but the staff and delivery drivers are robbing bastards check the distance from your house to the restaurant cause they try to charge you 1 pound for the delivery if it's over 3 miles which they've tried to do to me now 3 times won't be going there again robbing bastards
