“Cannot recommend this place enough, we came here on a whim after visiting the dogs trust nearby and we brought our dog Harry, the staff were so friendly towards him and accommodating towards where to seat us.Me and my partner both had the venison burger which is part of their limited time menu, honestly one of the best burgers we've ever had, we would love for this to stay on the menu for when we return!Cannot recommend enough for a great atmosphere and top class food! ?”

“While on a visit to the town to visit friends , we called into the London tavern , and liked the pub instantly , my only not a complaint but would have prefered to have seen another cask ale . My personall preferance . Otherwise i would have gave a 5 star.”

“Nice clean accommodation, friendly staff. Food was excellent. Only negative is that the sole barman is filling restaurant and bar orders on his own, which makes for slow service at times and little conversation, probably because it is a very popular venue that appears to be busy all evening. Perhaps a second bar person would improve that.”
