Went through the drive thru the other day and asked for an iced white mocha with hazelnut, the guy on the speaker didn't seem like he wanted to be there, huffed when he said "what would you like?" No hello or anything. Paid for my drink and got given a hot milk chocolate mocha. I drove off and then thought I need to go back as this is not what I wanted. I go back in and went into the store, the first lady that served me was lovely, apologised and went to her supervisor. Her supervisor asked what was wrong I said what I had ordered, she then stopped and stared at me, for a while. She then said very rudely "we don't have that, ill make you an iced drink" she made me a iced late, which I didn't want as I am not a huge fan of coffee taste. The fact she didn't think about drinks that were similar just gave me a drink that was easy to make and to get me out of the building. What made it worse is being treated like this since I find it difficult to order on my own and rarely order custom drinks due to anxiety, and this experience has made me feel back at square one. My brother works at a different starbucks location and he is appalled by this happening to me.

My partner is vegetarian. We ordered a Beyond Meat Breakfast Sandwich, they gave her a bacon and egg sandwich. That's just poor oversight. The management response was... Okay. A couple gift cards and an empty apology.The staff are consistently slow, blunt, and generally just not very welcoming. It's the only Starbucks for miles so we can't just take our business elsewhere. It's unfortunate really.

Wow!! Stood by the till for 10 mins. No acknowledgment I was there. Two members of staff on duty. Both making drinks for drive through. I watched and listen to them serve 4 cars before informing me they wouldn’t be long!!They then took my order. Proceeded to answer two more drive through orders. Whilst I stood waiting for my order. Do I recommend… not for speed or service unfortunately.The store itself had one other customer drinking in and another waiting to be served.
Apart from a member of staff on the phone on arrival,and remaining on it for 5 minutes whilst we stood and waited before someone else appeared to serve us - its pity good.

Go here every month or so, hoping it changes but no. Tables are always dirty and they are always understaffed. Drinks and food are and have been fine.

Absolutely filthy. All tables and chairs too dirty to sit at and on. I myself work in a fast food chain and if it was this dirty we’d have to shut down and do a deep clean. Just no need for it. No decaf tea, really in a hot drinks establishment. Go into petrol station opposite much better.

The place needs a complete revamp, dreary decor and filthy floors and tables. Will not use again.

The que for the drive thru was enormous and not moving so we parked and went in only to find another que and only three poor servers. They were doing their best but they obviously needed more help. Also there was not maple or pumpkin spice which is stupid as it's October and we hear an advert on the radio every five seconds for Starbucks pumpkin spiced. I was annoyed. Also told that I couldn't have less ice in my frapp as it would make the drink watery.... which vexed me even more. We waiting 20 mins for our three drinks. Absolutely rubbish!!! Will not be returning
