Visited New Years Eve. Quite poor. Food and service. I have been here before but probably wouldn't return. All very tired.

We stumbled across this place on a dreary day in December after the first two places where we planned to meet up with a friend who was visiting were closed! So glad we did though. Really good lunchtime service and the food was lovely. Very clean facilities. Food servings were generous and served in a prompt but by no means rushed manner.

The catch of the day - cod and chips was outstanding. A large thick fillet of cod in light beer batter, great chips and a nice sides of peas and mayo/spring onion?

Excellent Food at a fair price. Dog friendly. We visited on holiday and will definitely go back.
The set out of this pub is lovely with various nooks and crannies. Atmosphere was good and staff were on the ballNearby activities: Very convenient if your going on the seal trips as close to the harbourWalkability: Fairly flat with some inclines, but if you take your time it's fineFood & drinks: It's an Adnams pub so ghost ship it was, but overall a good choice of drinks for all.Food was superb as was service.2 of us had steak, 1 had the sea bass and the other crab and linguine.... everyone loved there main. Had a sharing platter to start with, equally as nice. Going again for definite.

We have been visiting for several years and alternating between the white Hourse in Blakeney and the Crown at Southwould. The Adnams hotes have always been very good quality and value for money but sadly the quality of the accomodation, food selection and price of Adnams drinks products are not now good value...

A really really lovely place to stay We went for a two nights just before the end of the summer holidays for some time to connect as a family and it was just perfect. We can't wait to go back again without our daughter.

Too many stairs to climb to the room and a high step into the bathroom making it dangerous particularly at night. The meals we had were tasty and well presented especially the breakfasts. Car parking limited especially if arriving in the evening.

We managed to book the last room for our Saturday/Sunday night visit. A small but very comfortable room with large bathroom, looking onto the High Street. We ate in the restaurant on the first night, very attentive staff and food good. Excellent choices at breakfast and good service. All in all a most enjoyable stay in one of our favourite places and only a short downhill amble to the Quay. It was also the late summer high tide and the first time I have seen the water spilling onto the road.
