“Wonderful lunch here. We had the small platter between 2 which was perfect. Everything really fresh and tasty. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The outside area is so nice and would be a perfect late afternoon chill out spot.
Bonus it’s dog friendly!”

“We have eaten here twice during our stay in West Runton. Both meals were lovely, well presented and served piping hot. However, my favourite was the fish pie - absolutely amazing.”

“Fabulous little tearoom style cafe/restaurant. The portion sizes are vast and have a well varied menu, even for fussy kids. Our dogs were welcome and would definitely seek this place out again if back in Cromer!”

“We found this cafe whilst walking back to the bus interchange in Cromer, just 3 minutes before it closed at 6 pm on Sunday! We thought they were going to say sorry we’re finished for the day or we’re only doing take away drinks but instead they said come in and made us welcome. We both had a hot drink which was rewarding after our walk along the coast path. And when we left, they gave us a completely unexpected parting take away bag with 4 enormous scones - 2 cheese and 2 current - which we enjoyed with a cuppa later. They were delicious! What a lovely touch and we plan to return when we next visit Cromer soon! Thanks…”

“I visited late afternoon yesterday. Lovely cafe, nice selection of cakes and naughty treats. Nice selection of hot and cold drinks. They also offer hot or cold sandwiches, jacket potatoes and pastries. I had the sausages roll, which was big fat and meaty but also the sauage meat inside had beautiful flavour and lovely flakey pastry. Dad had a cornish pastie which looked packed full of filling in a more shortcrust style pastry. Mum had a toasted teacake which was enormous. And my nephew had the chocolate brownie which defeated him but was lovely. Everything was reasonable priced for the quality, the staff were brilliant too. Will definitely be returning.”

“Our family group of 8 stayed in 4 rooms overnight. Our rooms at the rear were clean, had sea views and all the usual facilities. I was very happy with the choice of beers in the bar. We all enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The whole place is very well presented with great facilities including a pool table (in a room separate to the bar) and the fantastic looking children's play area in the garden. The service was great and we all agreed that we were happy to have found this place which is only a couple of minutes in the car from Cromer, which we love. We also visited the local beach where we saw some seals. We'll definitely be back. Recommended.”

“Excellent Experience! We had dinner with our toddler here, the staff were so accommodating and friendly, and the food was delicious! A recommended dinner spot - the crab linguine & sticky toffee!”
