Amazing staff, warm, friendly and welcoming, just make it a really nice place to stop for a light bite. Crab of course is excellent, as are the sandwiches and breakfasts. Can't recommend strongly enough.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Didn’t have the crab we were hoping for but was out of season, so had some nice alternatives. Will definitely return on our next trip.

We arrived cold and hungry just 25 mins before closing but were made to feel incredibly welcome and not rushed at all. Excellent freshly made crab sandwiches. The owner was friendly and welcoming and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Lovely cafe. Will definitely return next time we visit the area.

My and my partner popped into Crab Pot Cafe almost on the stroke of midday which is when this cafe stops offering the breakfast menu. The lady kindly accommodated our breakfast request which we placed quickly as we realised we were cutting it fine. The breakfast was not only tasty but also good value. We were both really hungry when we arrived and fully content when we left. The lady providing service on this Sunday was friendly and efficient, the cafe was nice and relaxed for the most part. Unfortunately towards the end of our visit, just after ordering another coffee around 2-3 groups of people entered the cafe with dogs. I really like dogs but they all started barking at each other with fairly shrill barks which was far from relaxing within the fairly small cafe environment. We drank our coffees and left shortly after due to this disturbance. I've only rated the cafe down ever so slightly due to understanding that this is not going to be the normal situation and realising how difficult this is for the staff/owners to be able to manage.I'd definetly return if in the area and I'm sure it is a massive rarity to encounter ill-behaved dogs (or moreso irresponsible dog owners!!) in this or any other establshment.Vegetarian options: We both really enjoyed our vegetarian breakfasts.

We visited the Crab Pot for breakfast, in search of some local Cromer crab, and we weren’t disappointed! Delicious crab salad, very fresh and nicely presented, and a veggie breakfast which was just right, hot and fresh. Lovely service and a very tastefully decorated place with little woollen crabs for sale too! Don’t miss this place when you visit Cromer.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian breakfast was delicious!
We visited today for a tea and a coffee. It was about 2.30pm. The lady serving told us they had sold out of crab. The drinks cost us £5.00 and they were brought to the table. I enquired if a ladies restroom was available but unfortunately there are no facilities on site. We paid and left the cafe in search of toilet facilities.

Today was the first time we have visited the Crab Pot Cafe. The staff were lovely and the food is excellent (full English breakfast) a humble but accomplished café. Will definitely be be visiting here again when in the area! Prices were very competitive.

Went here for lunch today and had a delicious crab sandwich with a good cuppa. Excellent place, friendly smiling staff, absolutely delicious food and very reasonable priced. I can recommend this lovely little cafe in Cromer, it didn’t disappoint and I doubt it will you either. If you want Cromer Crab in a sandwich which is well filled with a lovely side salad, this is the place for you

Have visited before and enjoyed the crab sandwiches but very disappointed this time. It was busy but a table was available. On entering we were told the crab may have sold out. We needed something to eat so decided on pannini's before the waitress told us they had crab. When our order was eventually taken there were no pannini's so we ordered toasted sandwiches and coffees. Service was very slow, the one staff member serving, clearing tables, making the drinks and informing anyone walking through the door they were out of crab! Put a notice on the door!! We had almost finished our coffees, when, on enquiring when our sandwiches would be ready ( only 3 tables occupied now and a couple waiting for take away ) it turned out our order hadn't gone through to the kitchen! We gave up at this point. What a farce and there was no offer of a coffee on the house that might have gone some way to compensate for the poor service. Won't be going again.
