This pub was absolutely amazing. Brilliant gluten free options on the menu, every bit of food we had was delicious. All the staff were incredibly friendly.Bonus of a gorgeous dog in the pub too. We would visit again next time we are in Norfolk.

A really great pub. Smashing, friendly staff, good little dog, great atmosphere and wonderful food. The beer hit the mark too. Perfect. I just wish I live in the area to be able to go there frequently.

A really nice pub with a lively and friendly bunch of locals. The staff are awesome and the food is amazing. Booking is essential for food on any day of the week ( yes it really is that good).

We had a fabulous meal at this very welcoming pub. Both of us have specific dietary requirements and the courteous, helpful service we received was a delight, as was the delicious meal - really really excellent - a huge thank you

Our daughter and son-in-law treated us to a "holiday" meal by way of a gift voucher. The staff were really, really pleasant and the meal was exceptional, we will visit again before we leave at the end of our holiday. The atmosphere in the pub was warm and friendly, plates were piping hot, the food really top notch and speedy service.

Visited the Foundry Arms 3 times during our stay. Excellent food on each occasion. Dog friendly and nothing is too much bother for the staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone

We visited the Foundry Arms while on a short break in the area. We received a warm welcome and the food was excellent. This pub is very dog friendly. We selected this pub based on the good reviews from previous visitors and would certainly go back. Definitely worthy of 5 stars.

We chose to visit on our last night of holiday as a party of 7. Chose this pub based purely on the reviews. Mostly it was fine, but not amazing. The scallop starter was awfully overpriced, 3 tiny scallops with a smearing of pea puree and a bit of bacon for £8!!! Apparently it tasted good thankfully. Swordfish wasn't anything amazing either for the price, hubby likened it to a childs portion. I chose a pie which got changed at last minute from chicken to steak. I was looking forward to it as its homemade but I thought it was quite dry, not enough sauce inside. I'd have asked for more gravy, although my initial jug came out as a slimy lump, but after our meals were delivered all waiting staff disappeared so no one to ask, and no one came to see if we were all ok and happy with our meals. We were the last table to be served and it felt that way too, a bit like the chef and everyone had slightly run out of steam? Some of the meals were nice enough, bombay burger got a good review, hunters chicken plentiful. Perhaps being last in on a busy day resulted in a lesser experience as others seem to love it here? Staff were very friendly though. Sorry to be negative, just trying to give feedback that perhaps might be useful?

This was definitely worth a taxi ride from Cromer. We had starters, mains and desserts and every one of them was lovely. The half chicken was moist and cooked to perfection and my husband commented that the lamb shank tasted as a lamb shank should. The cheese board was the best my husband has ever had. However, what made the visit especially good here was the service by Krissy. She was extremely friendly and helpful and is definitely an asset. We would thoroughly recommend The Foundry Arms. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I went here for a meal in Monday night and the food was delicious as ever. Fantastic friendly service by same lady who served us last time. Think her name might be Chrissy. She was so welcoming and we saw Freddie the dog again too
